Jerry Jones has admitted his frustrations with how the season has played out for the 2-5 Dallas Cowboys. During his radio interview yesterday, he was asked if there was a leadership void on the team with Dak Prescott and several starting offensive lineman being out, and Jerry snapped back telling the host to shut up and that in his eyes no such void existed. Jerry did later apologize for getting chippy during the interview. Hear what Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe have to say about Jerry's call and the lack of leadership in the Cowboys' locker room.

I still don’t understand how, not even a single time, Jerry took a look in the mirror and said that he has been the only common denominator in this 26 years. To be honest I'm somewhat the same way. You can love a player yet call out the bad along with the good. Last year wasn't all Came fault but he has some blame. The same earlier this year. It was before the 2020 Season started ((May-June) during one of the MANY discussions about Dak not being paid after being loyal for 4 years and players on the Cowboys protesting which Jerry STRONGLY dislikes! When it was Skips turn to talk, he dropped that bombshell that wasn’t really a bombshell if you have encountered people with the mentality of a Jerry Jones. Not sure if there’s a way to do a search to find all the times Skip has critiqued Jerry but there IS VIDEO!

I've said this since Dak got hurt, "We're about see how much Dak means to my Cowboys". I knew it then just like I know it now, Dak was the unquestionable leader in Dallas. @Mark Warner Jerry Jones HAS been a horrible GM. He deserves credit for the great group of talent that he's obtained but where he's been a complete failure is not hiring top notch coaches to coach them. Jerry's ego was more important than winning football games. He would only hire coaches and coordinators that he could micromanage, therefore, Jerry could take all the credit for any success. That's why they haven't won a super bowl since January 28, 1996..............

What do they say? Defense wins championships. We always stack up the offense and the defense we grab everybody leftovers. Only good defense picks were Jaylon Smith. LVE. Byron Jones which we released. It's not that hard to figure out. Most teams don't score alot in the first. We always down 14-0 in the first by then you begin to panick because you say here we go again with this defense. It's not that hard to see most pro bowlers been on offense not a balance.

Dak Haters are silent, The snakes in the Cowboys team and fanbase are starting to realize that Dakota Wayne Prescott was on his way to becoming an Elite Quarterback, a needed and necessary Team Leader and the only thing holding the Dallas Cowboys together, the players and GM holding him back. @@jamesj.5928 With dak the cowboys lost to the Rams (5-2), Browns (5-2), and Seahawks (5-1). They BARELY lost those games while having one of the worst defenses in HISTORY. Without him, they got wrecked and only scored 3 points against a team with no name.

the worst things the cowboys have going for them is that for some reason a lot of media people are Cowboy fans. Hence why they spend hours talking about how bad ONE team is, what about the other tens of organizations who cant get out of there own way or constantly have losing seasons? Other teams have coaches and GM's, Owners, that spent far to long in charge. Invest some time talking about the entire league not how horrible the Dallas Cowboys are.....
