Haha....shame,that the wonderful tune"Dr Flora MacAuley of Carradale"has been cut off on this clip! One of my lovely favourites! I never forgive you,haha.... Skipinnish do take a particular place in the scene of Scottish Dance Music. First of all the material,played,....most authentic stuff and the instruments they use, apart from accordion/fiddle.... whistles and pipes.Fantastic sound! And they succeed in combining the Celtic stuff with the traditional,....well done! Hope,there'll be a lot of more to come.

I came here last year in june on a contiki tour and it was so much fun!! If im ever in Oban again I'm definitely paying it another visit :D

I'm in there! my five seconds of fame ...

My friend and I are just back from Oban we had a great night at this Ceilidh however it was badly let down by the awful venue a "night club" !! It was dirty, the carpet was sticky and the ladies toilets had a hole in the wall !!. I'm proud to be Scottish but I was embarrassed that night.What must the visitors think...

Nicely made video, the music is great to listen to. The patrons must certainly have a blast dancing the night away.
