Not really. He’s an arm wrestler. You use one arm when you arm wrestle. Obviously that one arm is going to be bigger than the other. This is a cartoon so obviously they’re going to exaggerate the size of the bigger arm. Not everything has to be some sort of dirty joke.
Not to mention that Skips isn't even worried about going to jail, facing execution, losing his job at the Park, hate from Rigby's family, and his dignity for murdering Rigby.
Raccoon with 1½ butt cheeks and 0 work ethic cheats at arm wrestling so his immortal gorilla friend who only skips accidentally murders him in arm wrestling so now he has to arm wrestle biker death with a quagmire arm to get his soul back and prevent his own soul being taken. And this is one of the most realistic regular show episodes. I will always be grateful that I was a child when this show was airing.
2:21 "Sooo everybody thinks I'm dead?" "Yep." "DUDE! We gotta prank 'em!" 30 seconds after coming back to life, folks. This is a certified Joseph Joestar moment.
As an average person on internet and social media, I'm gonna post my own made up 5 seconds ago opinion on your joke and my judgement might be biased because it's purely based on my opinion and personal view but... Honestly dude, you used "gooning" in sentence, just delete keyboard at this point.
@@dredvax Rigby getting his soul back and Death appearing, but this was recent, when it aired like 10 years ago there was no censoring or editing of this episode.
The one episode we didn't give much care of each characters bizarre life like Skips and his immortal soul. We all thought it was because he is super healthy and a champion to some alien babies that look similar to Half Life final boss. 👶
Friendly reminder: A wormhole opened up and was warping reality just because 2 people were arm wrestling. Not even talking, throwing hands. Just two guys pushing against each other and reality was warping around them.
Also, since he only said that in the Movie first, he also uses his eyes to try and get Skips' soul just like how Shang Tsung absorbs souls in the movie.
Death is more of an anti-villain. He competed against Muscle Man in the hotdog eating competition and this. But He does help Mordecai and Rigby in other situations like the battle against Anti Pops and the battle against GBF and GBF Jr.
RIP Kevin Conroy. Sorry it’s just every time someone mentions his name it makes me sad knowing that the iconic Batman actor many of us grew up with has died and that Batman will never be the same again.🦇😞
A gorilla having an arm wrestling with the embodiment of death itself in order to save his raccoon friend's life after accidentally killing him in the same game due to wanting to prove his point. Totally regular ngl
1:59 I love the maturity Rigby has in that moment. In a way he grasped his own fault in that situation and wasn’t going to hold it over skips. It helps skips saved him but still good on both of them for that moment.
This reminds me of that episode of family guy when Quagmire learns about pørn from the guys and he comes out of his house after weeks and has one big arm 😂😂
Tbh it’s even better when you know skips is cursed to be immortal; even if he lost either he still wouldn’t die, or he’d finally get to die, but it’s a win win (except for rigby ofc)
I love how far Skips was willing to go to make things right for Rigby. Skips set it up so that no matter what, Rigby would get his life back, the life that Skips unintentionally took away. And Skips went in, knowing if he lost, his own soul would be gone, but at least Rigby would continue to live. And hell, Rigby didn't even really hold it against Skips for accidentally killing him in a fit of rage. Skips knew he made a mistake, and he's proven he will almost LITERALLY go to Hell and back to fix that misrake.
1.Shits went from 0 to 100 in a heartbeat 2. Dragonball fight scene level 3. Big arm joke 4. *Your soul is mine* 5. Everyone acts like nothing serious just happen and maybe would absolutely do it again lmao
The only thing that always confused me about this scene is why skips doesnt put his legs onto the legs of the table to give himself more leverage when they start to float
@@davidaleajugar1587"to cheat death" is an idiom which means to survive something that was likely to kill you. In this case Skips LITERALLY cheats a person called Death. He beat him unfairly.
I think in the arabic version, they literally skipped that entire scene, last thing we saw was a dead Rigby, and episode ended that way. This is another level. I always wondered why Rigby still lived...
Oh can confirm, they just ended too soon and they don’t even say Rigby was Dead just unconscious and they don’t even mention Death or Rigby suggesting they should Prank the others with Skips. It was really weird
@@reconscout2238 Maybe that, maybe they don't want to scare children. But they didn't skip that death song in teen titans go. They usually skip bad scenes that they think aren't fitting for children, but they can very much skip context. The Arabic version can miss on many important parts of the story, I distinctly remember adventure time, at one point someone yelled "duck" as in get down, and the atabic was dubbed to be literally duck as in the animal, even though they were throwing marshmallows at them, and they ducked, man the poor children watching who have no idea what is going on.
For some reason when shown on tv in the uk, it instead takes the moment when death zapped a beam from his hand, mirrors it and shows him hitting rigby with it instead of what he originally did
