We also pull a trailer with it and this performance is enough just enough. Just one more thing, in the end I'm refueling only 100 octane gasoline and I think it's also known. I have not driven at such a speed with us yet and it is not even allowed on our highways (Czech Republic) in your country in Germany, but here you can see what this small engine can do. Hi Milan, thank you for sharing your experience. I'm planning to buy this car but I have a concern regarding reliability of this engine. As you know, it's a direct injection engine, it will have carbon deposits on intake valves means loss of power and efficiency in long run. How will it perform in that perspective? Also, does this engine has oil catch can?
@@asharma367 As I mentioned in the comment that I only run on 100 octane fuel, I read it in several reviews that this fuel is recommended to prevent the formation of carbon deposits. As far as the engine and its reliability are concerned, all this will of course be shown by time and mileage. I have already read a review of this engine after 100000 km and there was absolutely fine no oil leakage or anything else, but as I say like any direct injection engine may have some hidden defect, but it will usually show up soon during the warranty period. One more thing I would like it is worth mentioning that now there is also a particulate filter located in front of the catalytic converter, but it has virtually no effect on the vehicle's performance. In conclusion, I would like to tell you that the decision whether to buy this vehicle of this brand or any other is up to you.

holy shit, I almost never go above 3000rpms on mine, not even on the highway, but I never go above 145km/t, dont wanna lose my drivers license and I like to be fuel efficient =)
Just reality man ... I have the Skoda Fabia hatch 2018 model with same engine, could push it to 213 kmh on flat highway ... This engine is nervous but I think the gears could have been a little bit shorter ... see you can reach 100 kmh almost redline on 2nd gear ... but the 6th gear is too long ...
@@Valium008 Yeah, the reality is it's downhill and/or a massive speedo error. 213 km/h indicated is probably about 190 real, so that's realistic under certain favourable circumstances. The Ford Fiesta with 155 hp has about 30s to 180, so go figure!

Of course I know there's a difference between the speed indicated on the speedo and the real speed measured with gps. The higher the speed is, the bigger is that difference, I know that, thank you ... If you're talking about the time measured with a gps device, of course you cannot compare ... but if you're talking about speed indicated on the speedo, then the fiesta must be engine checked! Also, depends on the weight of the car ... the Skoda Fabia is quite not a heavy car ... so go figure ;) PS: in this movie, fuel tank is almost full ... and by experience I know that I can feel the car even quicker with almost empty tank ...
