I will always appreciate and trust these cars. Have a 1.9 TDI Bora from 2000 and never disappointed me, no issues on long journeys compared to other newer cars that let me on the side of the road because of stupid sensor errors.
That’s the way I felt about my 2002 Jetta 1.9TDI, I now have a 2013 Jetta 2.0TDI and sometimes on long journeys, the tire light will turn on randomly even though the pressures are all correct, not a very big deal, but still something you don’t want to see when you’re miles away from anywhere
Carefully owned, never drifted or jumped with it, low miles. These cars are the most fun to own because they can take a bit of abuse and not complain about it.
I have the same car but its 1.4 tdi 75hp with 650k kms on it. Its doing really good and now i will do a stage1+ and it will be 110 Great car for the money and its also good for beginners. U can have fun, dont care about her and its still cheap enough to fix

I just sold my fabia because i had it with 1.2 htp engine 47 kW. It was slow for me. If it was in 1.9 TDI i propably never sold it. Now i have Passat b5 5 1.9 TDI 75kw and i cant complain. It goes uphills well and quick and i can overtake more quick.
