I think SK's importance in the story may turn out to be huge beyond what we think. Femto could've crushed SK on his way out of the Eclipse but didn't, we assume because he spared Guts, but I think that's a red herring...maybe he couldn't kill SK or wasn't allowed to due to SK's role in the scheme of the Godhand..
This is such a huge point I don't think people consider, but was something I immediately considered once they explained how the Godhand, especially Femto, perceive Time. I thought the same thing, it was such a strange moment one night not think about because of how much happens after. Incredible if we may be on to something (pretty sure we are)
We've already seen it. Femto redirected SK's sword of actuation slice which basically lead to rewriting the fabric of reality. It hasn't been stated, but what if the godhand couldn't have accomplished that feat themselves and were relying on SK to get involved to further their plans? Femto seemed mighty pleased with himself and SK looked shocked, showing that his precience isn't perfect and that he is subject to causality too.
I thought it was confirmed the only reason Femto didn’t kill him is because he was still getting used to his new powers and literally couldn’t control it.
@@YuVen3487of course it would've been impossible to produce the astral roar without skull knight, the same as without skull knight saving guts and caska from eclipse no incarnation ceremony would've happened. SK is a tool and nothing more.
I thought the dog form was because of the foreshadowing of Gambino overlooking Guts’ accomplishments asking him if he brought a something for the dog. It’s like he’s becoming both his hate and the dog that Gambino loved more than him.
That's some good attention to detail on your end. But I think even more it's because Casca quote to Guts in the Golden Age arc "You don't care about the men you lead, you're just a mad dog!".
Honestly, Gambino's character is wasted. He makes no appearances after Golden Age. I thought it would be cool if Gambino would continue mocking Guts and pair up with a beast of darkness. Would be awesome if we had a panel where Gambino walks in with beast of darkness, heckles Guts, and then gets consumed by Beast of Darkness to remind him how Guts slain him.
Probably been theorized by much bigger berserk fans as myself is a newish fan. Maybe one of the few ways guts defeats Femto or any of the god hand is by dipping the dragon slayer sword into the sword of actuation and the skull knight reforms it one last time to suite guts better as the skull knight finally ceases to exist instead of just turning the dragon slayer sword into another sword of actuation. As stated in this video guts cant do anything else with the sword of actuation other than use it as his last trump card since he doesn't hold the caliber to change the properties himself.
Bingo. I think Skull Knight would fight possessed Guts at some point, and Guts would cut thru behelit sword and power up Dragonslayer to the point where it would hurt God Hand members. I think God Hand would have a civil war amongst themselves at some point. Think Slan would try to seduce Guts and turn him to her side and would be the first one to die , in exactly the same way the Tiddy apostle died in Chapter 1. As for Femto, I bet he would die in Moonchild form, protecting Casca.
yo guys what if Void and Skull knight were best friends when they were human and then Void betrayed him like Griffith did with Guts but with Skull Knight, the Lady Priestess of Cherry Blossoms was killed and with Guts, Casca has survived......for now atleast

Atreus the Father of Agamemnon and Menelaos had both a golden face mask made for his tomb in Myceneas mimicking his bronze enclosed helmet . He ruled the areas around Mycenea and Sparta and all other kings where in a sense his Vassals. He is literally Alexander the Great, while Ganishka is Tamerlan (but with irl Kushan aesthetic). These big conquerors always play a big part in God Hand's designs. Wouldn't be surprised if Gaeseric knew about God Hand before his death and tried his best to stop their ceremonies. Btw, the name Gaeseric is from germanic Visigothic dynasty that took over vast parts of late Roman Empire and had a kingdom that was Roman satellite (on paper). Miura likes to blend his historic influences.
Funny how when it was being described about how the skull night soul was attached to the armor I immediately thought of Alphonse in Full Metal Alchemist and later on it was bought up. ❤
Nah, there was already another God Hand when he passed. I can't remember the chapter, it's one of the last that Miura drew before his untimely death. Right after Casca's healing. Sorry if I spoiled some plot for you.
I know there is no information suggesting this but I feel Guts is a Descendant of King Gizrick, AKA S.K. I feel like in no many Anime, the Main Characters seem like random people but they actually come from important people… like Yuske in YuYu Hakasho or Naruto is a Uzumaki and son of the 4th Hokage. I feel like what’s going to happen at the end of the story of Berserk is Guts and Griffith have there show down, now that Griffith has his kingdom. Guts wins, and becomes a great king, as he is of royal blood from SK. Who better to be king that someone like Guts who has endured so much pain and suffering.
How would SK have a kid if he's a 100% spiritual being? Also Miura hates lineages so no Guts isn't SK son or relative, Guts isn't Zodds kid, he's just a really angry swordsman.
Sk obviously can't see causality as well as the god handhe's most likely only being provided snippets cuase no way an experienced fighter like skull knight would let femto negate his attack he must've not have seen the outcome
He didn't want to reveal that much that early apparently. But the idea must've been bursting out of him so he almost included it but decided to cut it out till later I presume.

I think SK the ancient king wanted to be the sole god of the world and wanted to enter astral realm and destroy the angels to rule all realms , but failed
I read berserk late. But it surprised me how many people seemed to not figure out, or accept the moonlight boy and skull knight's real identities. It felt very blatant when I read it. People need to use critical thinking more.
Eating the Behelit I would assume it gives the Skull knight an insight to the plans of the god hand. As all Behelits are manipulated by the god hand to arrive to their desired targets. As well imbue astral slicing powers to his sword.
spoiler skull night is actually Guts. a maxed out version of him whos can use astral projection to travel through time and space and is so powerful can have his astral form affect its surroundings as it were his physical form.. in another ARC story he messes/changed the timeline which created the current Berserk story with current Guts.
