Rafael Bautista Oh When I said “ok”, I meant it as “I’ll take your word as truth”. Personally I think a 40 hour battery life is more then ok, it’s Epic for what it is!
My skullcandy crushed wireles is better sound and bass amazing then overrated sony xb950n1. But i got better pair for today anker q30 80 bucks it sound so realistic if you tune eq right and keep dolby atmos on
they do though, my crushers just broke after a few months, go on amazon and read the reviews and you can see most people hate these headphones as everyones in the feedback section saying theirs snapped too. $150 for a headphone to snap because of bad design and cheap plastic is not acceptable
I got my Crushers today and you were right I am blown away..you can feel that Shit in your soul!!!! I will give it time and get those 360s once the price drops..thanks for another great review dude! ✌🏼👏
Have had 360 preordered since day 1. They havent shipped them for me yet, but they are throwing in a free $60 headset for having to wait (Win in my book). Cant wait to try these out along with my venue pair (arriving later today)
@@Kyler-O yea be careful as you put them on your head. they have a hard plastic hinge for folding, not metal so u can snap them. I have snapped mine on both sides. but I glued em in a fixed spot. but still watch out.
Replace the stock Crusher pads with Brainwavz pads, you get a little more mids and highs and better memory foam comfort that rivals the 360. All for about $25 shipped instead of an extra $150. Oh, and if you use the headphones wired (say for gaming on consoles or with your phone), you lose the bass slider on the 360. The regular Crusher Wireless’ bass slider works no matter what.
I have both and I would recommend the cheaper ones if you are in a budget. They sound really good. But if your obsessed with sound and bass, then get the 360s
My Crusher Wireless have been my daily driver since last December. I love them so much. When the part that holds the earcups broke (not surprising since I had been using almost everyday for 6+ hours and they had travelled with me domestic & internationally in cramped suitcases and backpacks) I really missed that 40 hour battery life while I had it sent to warranty. I could go for nearly a week without charging. It's not something to overlook
I just got the 360s today (upgraded from crusher wireless) 100% worth it imo. Also contact skull candy, they'll send u a replacement as they did for me.
For the improvements we are getting they should cost 200$ max... and that would make them a nice pair of headphones, for 300$ we are getting in the range of good NC headphones that these dont even get, so like you've said and well, it's hard to recomend the 360 for that price, i would get the regular Crushers anytime over the 360.
Just bought the Skullcandy Crusher 360's! I owned the original Crushers which I loved until I accidentally dropped them and broke the the bass slider and the haptic feedback wasn't working anymore then I decided to buy the Bose Q35 II's which don't get me wrong are awesome but sadly in my book don't compare to Skullcandy's headphones, also got a $60 discount on the 360's so I only paid $240 so if you want these keep an eye out on coupon codes also!
I’m still real impressed on how deep the bass gets on the 360’s. Most of the time I used them at home because, being limited edition I trying keep them protected and trying not to lose them, and it’s going to be a long time until what Skullcandy makes next.
I have Bose QC35 and had that since they were released. I'm looking for another headphone with good bass for the past few weeks and I have found it. Thanks for the upload.
The 360 is not reliable though sadly. I got my pair for 4 months and the touch capacitance slider freaking broke on me. I still have my old Crusher wireless for 2 years now going strong 💪🏾 and Honestly they both sounded the same to me. I just liked the metal construction and cool led lighting on the 360, but it breaks easily but also had no clue they changed the sound. The wireless is better and sound quality is like a minimal difference, both sound epic.
Hey man, I have the wireless. Love it! But the haptic cut off at lower volume (50% and bellow). It kicks back in if there's heavy bass at low volume or if volume turned up 51% above. May I know if yours do the same thing? I contacted Skullcandy, their representative told me the haptic engine is designed to kick in at 50% volume and above.
Best Buy had the 360’s for 200 bucks so I picked them up. I like them a lot so far. I usually play the bass at about 40% with a vocal booster on for the EQ with my iPhone. It doesn’t sound terrible.
SSP GAMES Best Buy, it was part of their 25 days of doorbusters deal. I would keep an eye out I think the price will start to go down more consistently.
I’m currently using the crushers and they are awesome. Only complaint is that the there could be a improvement in the treble. But in my opinion they blow bose away
The 360 sounds pretty good. Will definitely upgrade. I've been using the original crusher wired for 5 years now, still goes hard but the amount of money I've spent on batteries is insane like I could have had 3 crusher 360 by now.
One thing I dont like is the crushers cant hit low frequency (any song below 40hz) so when you play certain songs that has low frequency it doesnt sound good, bass is nonexistent. can you play this song and hear the low frequency? ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-B1GHmx-g8lY.html Sony MDRXB950N1 with viper4arise fx sound mod sounds amazing and gives that same vibration as those crushers but it can hit every note because it's not using a haptic driver.
I wouldn't go near either of these. The Crusher Wireless I own broke at the earcups with very light use. It looks to me like they haven't redesigned the earcup supports with the 360, so now you're out twice the money when they break. My video covers the details. Good luck.
I broke my 2-year-old crusher wireless about a week ago when I was in gym carelessly playing with it then accidentally let it fall on the ground...the bass adjust button was broken, so was my heart. I checked Skullcandy website just now and found out this crusher 360 thing then I made up my mind and ordered one. I really wish them to switch from micro-USB to USB-C...
Can the 360 bass be activated full on even while it’s plugged in and off? Like how the crusher is wired with battery off? Also will you be able to still adjust the bass Touch Bar without battery or off while plugged in? Knowing that it needs battery to the see the lights indicating how much bass is added? I know the first gen crusher’s bass can be adjusted while off.
The crusher wireless keep breaking on me. Ive got a large head, and id like to know if there are any things i can do other then buying the insurance to keep them going. The fail point is the hinges
Awesome comparison! I just have one question: I have heard that by lowering the bass on the crusher wireless, it picks up more of the lower frequencies but when you turn it up ( more than half) it catches only a few frequencies. Is it true?
Just bought the 360’s can’t really hear anything with the bass up but bass. Bass picks up on everything on the 360’s and you can’t use them with phone calls at all looks like the wireless one appear to be able to do
I love the comparison videos that have been coming out recently! But, I hate being that one guy in the comments that is so hyped about this new headphone from Skullcandy. (No hate on the video at all.) I guess it isn't until more reviewers on RU-vid have their hands on with these headphones that us consumers can have a more solid decision on these headphones. I agree with this statement of your's: "I just think $300 is pushing into a range where [the 360's] are competing with things that could blow these away." Imo, $250 would be a better place to price these headphones, but who knows. BTW, Sennheiser 4.50BTNC or the Venues? Priced about the same, ANC, and wireless. (Also, designs seems like distant realtives of each other...?)
Build is better on the Sennheiser's. Sound is close but the Sennheiser has just a tad bit better bass but the Skullcandy's have better mids and highs (surprisingly)
Chad Macato musicyoucanfeel is a promo for 30% off buddy. Brings price overall price with free shipping to 209.00! That's a fair price for this headphone I think.
I've had 2 crushers and they have snapped on my head on both sides. I wished it was a metal hinge that would break since it has a metal band. my only complaint. but since have glued them in a fixed position and are still a blast.
Not the same"haptic feedback" bass. There are only a few other headphones to have something similar. Sony had the Pulse Elite. Alpine had some and Razer does now too
The sonys sound better, bass is deeper and less artificial sounding and the bass is better separated. Mids and higher are more crisp as well. Also crush has a spring sound that wont go away. Like a literal metal coil sound, not sure what it is but its annoying and I hear it on every pair of crushers I've put on.
Gamesky Loving your reviews on the 360s. I just saw another review and he stated that they weren't as loud as the originals. In your review I beleive u stated they were louder, or were u just referring to the bass is louder? I wanted the 360 to replace my old crushers for gym use, but if the 360 isn't as loud i might pass. i need a loud headphone!
Gamesky thx for the reply. I was hoping the 360s were louder, I'm kinda bummed out. Also there is a promo code out from skullcandy for 30% off bringing down the price to just over 200 bucks! I think for that price the 360s are well worth it.
Hey I was just wondering if you could do another kind of three way comparison between the crusher wireless, venue, and the crusher 360, kinda like you did but with the Hesh 3 just not entirely sure which I want out of those three yet but definitely know it’s one of them, thanks 😊
Great comparaison video. Such comparaison to help us make purchase decisions are very useful. So keep this idea going by comparing for us similar products. Great Job. Keep on Man...
At the moment i just ordered a pair of crusher wireless for 80$ and a pair of crusher evos for 100 ,i think its a better deal than a 250-300 $ pair of 360s!!!
If anyone has tried both, how do they compare in the low hz department? Because the pair of Crusher Wireless i had before they broke, could be shaking my head at 50hz and doing a low hum at 45hz, which is not good enough for a true basshead. I'd like a full spectrum of bass hz instead of the constant reminder of the fakeness!
The crusher wireless have a pretty crappy audio cables. I also, personally like the physical slider, and the exposed wire. (Think the wire makes it look unique, and while the original slide seems a bit loose, I think it would be more accurate than the touch controls.
My crushers broke at the hinge after 3 months, and I’ve gotten free replacements each time, but I’ve now gone through 3 pairs since March. Are the crusher 360s more stable with a better chance of lasting? I’d rather have slightly worse quality with sound and have them last a long time.
Heck yeah they are. They are tough and sound as good as the custom Alpine Stereo in my ride.... Love em and I've tried everything from nose to don't to the laughable Beats...
