Eh, idk if i would call persist, at this point this game is just a zombie, literal walking dead. They should have wraped up the game and made a 2nd one, or at least given true support to their mobile game, but releasing a few characters here and there can only blow some life back into this gane for a short amount of time.

I have Skullgirls mobile and she says the same things she says to boss marie in this game.

I know. I've wanted to have Illeum as a character. Her look and her fighting style would be quite interesting.

Yes. Believe it or not,those "exposed muscles" are actually a synthetic Parasite grafted to her skin.

@@jasonharris3502 So, another parasite wielder. It's too bad that a lot of Illeum's appearance in the Skullgirls Story Modes are mitigated to being a background character, if not being there at all. I wouldn't know anything about the Mobile version of Skullgirls as I don't commonly play mobile games.

@ObiAlmighty I don't really hold an opinion on him as a person or what happened when he was let go, but at least they didn't make stupid changes that went against the vision of the game as soon as he left unlike what happened when the last original creator left. Still makes great art too.

Remember that the people running the show now are the ones that trampled all over the original creator, schemed to cancel him (and succeeded), and removed plenty of legacy content that was paid for by Kickstarter backers. Don't think for a second that they'd remember insignificant old deals like that.

Will take them time to think of new mechanics, I think. One of the things why I always liked this game was how different each characters are compared to e.g. MK

I don't think he would even want that at this point. Mike is working with a new promising IP and a new team now. It's not like he's the sole creator behind Skullgirls as a whole either. It was a team effort, and he's not the only person who was a part of the OG team that left. I really don't know what would be the solution since personally, I don't want to financially support people who did terrible things to Mike, but I also don't want Skullgirls to fail. Ultimately, the main offended party is Mike. Whatever the results of the court case are, I hope it's one he is ok with. I hope the Skullgirls community can continue to keep the game alive. I hope the current devs don't make any more mistakes that tarnish the reputation of Skullgirls.
