My favorite part of this show is that their conversations always sounded so natural compared to most other shows. Like this is literally how people in real life talk
Yeah, you're right, that really is cool. You never see people talking over each other or saying "uh..." In movies or on TV. That's always bothered me. It's not natural for regular people. Good call.

The fact that this show isn't getting a fifth season (or at least one more special to wrap up the story) is one of the biggest sins in television history.
@Mr. Foolish we don't know yet, the production of the movie was announced in May 2021, and considering the pandemic and the amount of time animation takes, it could be a year or 2. I'm sure there will be a release date soon enough.
Why do I always feel so bad for Toki? 😭 He’s got the sweetest brutal heart. The most brutal innocence. And why do they always say Toki sucks? No he doesn’t. He’s amazing. Stop stepping on poor Toki.
They bully Toki because he's the youngest. He's also the one that, if anyone else outside of the band goes for, they fuck them up. People fuck with the others of the band constantly and unless it's Toki they don't care.

He's the sweetheart of Dethklok, they even made an episode where he tried to be the most brutal member of the band, but he went back to the adorable guy at the end of the episode.

@@Vocanimeify I know lol, he gets so jealous of Toki when Toki loves him so much. He loves his guitar yet hes better. But Skwisgaar Is hair metal so the fans are more adoring. They each have their own metal with Nathan being the death metal overtone so it meshes.
God damn I forgot how much I loved this show. I haven't watched it since I was fourteen. I remember Offdensen turning into a fucking badass around the time when the show got a half-hour time slot.
My theory: before Toki became their new rhythm guitarist and Magus was their rhythm guitarist, I believe that Magnus bossed skwisgaar around and tried to tame his guitar skills even though when we now know that skwisgaar is deemed the best and in the song “The Hammer” Magnus’s guitar riffs sounded evil and I think he was leading in that song considering he named the song after himself. When Magnus was kicked out, I guess this gave skwisgaar and the band a sense of freedom now that they can play how they want and in Doomstar Requiem, Skwisgaar says that they don’t need another guitarist but we know how that ended and I also think that Magnus’s bossy attitude rubbed off on Skwisgaar, Thus giving us the character we know today

I think the fact that Toki and Skwisgaar can't read music is probably a reference to Jimi Hendrix. Hendrix was revered for his guitar playing, yet he doesn't know anything about chords and notes.
8:16 That's the voice Brendan Small uses for the character of Tiny on Comedy Bang Bang. His appearances on the show as Victor and Tiny are some of my favorite moments of CBB, Brendan Small is so freaking hilarious
