I walked and filmed the whole of Sky Princess to bring you the ultimate Princess Cruises Sky Princess tour! Brings back great memories of our cruise on Sky. We loved our cabin, the pool decks, Take Five, the atrium and her overall elegance, but we did miss a crows nest for being able to look out to sea. Andy also really missed a pub with a good choice of ales and like you we didn't like there being smoking in the casino and all around one of the aft pools. But we'd definitely cruise on Sky again with the right itinerary. Thanks for another great vid Jamie xx

Ah you’re right - a bar with those forward views is something we missed too! And a no to smoking in the casino - they lost money there as we like a flutter. The smell was so strong. Good time and lovely ship, though ❤️

Superb video Jamie - we have been waiting for this one as we are sailing on her in July. I have a million questions but will just ask a couple😂 Did you dine in all three MDR - which was your favourite? Is the casino a ‘walk through area’ or do you not need to go in there to get to other areas?

I believe dress code in speciality restaurants is smart casual - worth double checking on the website but I’m sure this was the case on our cruise.

Alfredos is no longer included in the fare it is now chargeable. You can eat there free during your cruise if you have upgraded to princess plus . I am on a 31 night cruise in September and we can eat there twice during the cruise

Thanks for the ship tour! We are sailing on The Sky Princess in July and I have a couple of questions? #1 - Who is the Cruise Director? #2 - Did the ships time coincide with the shore time? I booked several things at each port and want to make sure my times won't be messed up when we get there. #3 - Do you know how Princess is currently doing upgrades? We are Elite, booked an inside and hoping for an upgrade (Still tons of rooms available) Thank You!

Ship time is shore time, yes. Upgrades? We were informed by email of ours a number of weeks in advance from inside to balcony. Sorry, no idea who cruise director was!

I think I talk about this on my first vlog on the series (embarkation day). You can get a half day or a full day. From memory it was $20pp for half, $40 for full

Well ours was at the time it was dirt cheap so was a no brainier. Depends now on how much you drink, whether you have a port heavy itinerary and might drink less, and whether the package comes with wifi / gratuities / speciality dining

My husband and I upgraded our package from Princess Plus to Princess Premium package and we have just been told about a discrepancy by the travel agency my family and I booked through. Surely this should have been reported when the cruise got paid off or the cut off date?

@@TravelBlogJamie Hi Jamie,y family and I were meant to go on a P&O cruise last year and it got cancelled due to Covid restrictions. We were all refunded our deposit and the travel agency is now saying there is a discrepancy about not receiving a deposit back when we rebooked through the travel agency for this year's cruise.

We were refunded the deposits back in April/May 2021 and the travel agency should have had the deposits back when my in-laws and myself rebooked for this year. Do I pay this supposed discrepancy after finding more information?
