Good morning Helen, most items are included in the price and yes you can order whatever you like, apart from a few items that have a surcharge mainly steaks and half lobsters x My dress is from my own clothing collection and is sold out as this was last year. I will be shortly be bringing out a new clothing collection and will post on my channel. When do you go on Sky?
