I'm terrified of heights but the feeling of falling from a height excites me. It puts extreme fear in me that I can't feel anywhere else. Love that shit.
Just did sky diving yesterday in Queensland, Australia, and damn it's an experience of a lifetime. You can't put it into words; this isn't anything like a roller coaster where the feelings are mutual, but more like personal where it differs from an individual to another
There are a bunch of folks here waiting for this. After a serious Covid delay I finally went skydiving yesterday. 13,000 ft. Man what a ride! After touch down I walked over and proposed to my girlfriend and she said yes! Thank you Skydive Deland and everyone there for the jump and more importantly the collaboration of what must have been most of the staff of making it possible for me to propose to my girlfriend immediately after touching down!
I wish, super strict parents wouldn’t let me :( 12+ and I’m 13, so legally speaking I would be allowed :), it sounds crazy but I’d totally be up for it if i had the opportunity
I always thought that when you jump you'd get a dropping of the stomach feel like rollercoasters but it doesn't happen! the change in speed your body is already moving at in the plane vs falling is so small that you don't feel like you're plunging, more like flying.
For me, the first part of skydiving (jumping out of the plane/free-falling) is just half the fun. The other half is when the parachute is open, and apart from the awesome view, being able to steer yourself is an absolute blast. It feels like you are on the world's largest roller coaster, only you are in complete control, and if you pull hard enough, you can put yourself in a near-endless nosedive, which feels just like the first drop from the roller coaster.
The best fun you can get in this world we live in!!!! I recommend skydiving to anyone that wants to do it. I've been twice and I'm planning to get my license for it!! That's how much fun it is!!!
Man I miss skydiving in Los Angeles. It's the most exhilarating and feeling of bring free you can get on earth that I have found so far awesome video guys. ❤
I just smiled as I watched this. May 2, 2020 is my one year post liver transplant date. Very soon after that I will go skydiving. Thanks for the video!
As someone with casadastraphobia.. all those insane videos with sky, jumping from it and etc - are actually helping me to understand "IT" and putting my senses on their feet. It is really helpful. Thanks to anyone that is risking their asses for me. :D
It's not as scary as you imagine. You're sitting on the front of the plane 15000ft above the ground, leg's off the edge. First thought, you'll get hit by the wing of the plane like Molly at the end of Final Destination 5 and get ripped in half. Wrong, my guy re-assured me i'd be fine. I was jumping in Aldinga (Southern Australia), and i never regretted taking the risk. Naturally being scared of heights, as i jumped, the first few seconds i was like "wow." However, after 5 seconds, i was screaming in joy and chatting to my guy. It felt weird, colliding with the air particles. You feel dehydrated. However, after the crotch crush when he open's your parachute without telling you, it's a beautiful sight. You'll forever treasure the memory. Now, i must conquer a greater height, Mt Everest. In bout' 30 years.
Spreadem Gay you do, the initial pull of the shoot crushes ur nuts but ur attached to a guy so stand on his /her feet to relieve pressure and take in the view
@Milostar123 Why? It's not violent or hurtful, it just a fast deceleration, a bit like a car doing 50 mph and pumping breaks hard and you get held down by your seat belt. "Crotch crush" is just a cool word, it's nowhere near that at all. I guess people think it's hard because mostly the perspective is filmed from a falling skydiver filming the deployment which makes it seem very hard.
Clearly you're a dumbass incapable of understanding the concept of a fish eye lens camera, and wasn't paying attention to how the curvature of the horizon was not height related, but camera angle specific. Go to school buddy. Your indoctrination was successful, but your problem solving is shit.
I have a fear of heights and i dont like going on roller coasters cause it makes my stomach drop and i get scared alot cause of it. But watching people do this gets me so happy
Only on exit and only as a novice jumper. After that there lots of fun but not really butterfly feeling (at least for me). There is however always a certain amount of anxiety right before exit, even if you have thousands of jumps.
I just did it yesterday for the first time and I can tell you that you definitely get extreme butterflies when on the airplane and flying higher and higher! The scariest moment is when it’s actually your turn! BUT I can tell you the moment you jump out of the plane it’s all just so amazing and all your nervousness and butterflies are long gone! It was amaaaaaazing
This guy tried it on his 50 th..Wow..Don't think it is so smart.. I think they are nuts and they better watch this guy.. He tried a jump and there was an equipment failure on his first jump.. listen to him he talks about it a bit in this video,, and if you want more details and ask him for more details.
from this we see that the world is massive and happy - but not everywhere people are happy - some people are suffering across the world but apart from that - enjoy life while u can!!
Twice if ur extremely lucky like hit a dree and hit soft leaves and branches and break ur whole.body and then fly back up and make them push u out again
Wanted to become a para commando failed in cds & nda, so now. I fulfilling my dreams by picking up sky diving, scuba diving and martial arts training 😇😇
Still makes me jealous. Y'all make diving in the sky like a sport. I just want to one time. I will say, you make it seem less terrifying then I thought though.
It is exactly sport. And it is terrifying, had my first jump yesterday. But the feelings and excitement cannot even be described. Now I want to jump more 🪂
Not sure if you did already but I took my dad skydiving last month for his birthday. He wanted to, with me, for years. So I booked it without him knowing. He didn't know what we were doing until we got to the airport. We did together. First jump for both of us. I didn't want to skydive as I was terrified of it. But I did. I will admit it is an amazing experience. Once is enough for me though lol. Checked a bucket list item off for my dad 😄.
I went pandem paraglyding yesterday, my birthday is next month and I have decided am doing this to celebrate. I will probably cry but man will it be amazing!
😍😍😍awesomeee!!!! I want to do thisss... To make me feel more free. Well, i cannot feel freedom in my life because of my family. I cant do lots of things. But, maybe this will help me to be free in the air and feels like im actually flying , and relieve all my depression..wow!! I get new interesting activity in my to do list. !!! Thanks so much. The video really bring me into the real situation. I love it!!!!!!!💖💖💖
