Skyrim GLITCH Infinite Dragon Shouts 

I like this, what's the point in having powerful ass shouts if it takes an eternity to cool down

The first time I discovered this glitch it was by accident. When I realized I had unlimited shouts the face I made was akin to the Grinch smiling.

This is also incredibly useful for leveling up insanely quickly. Once you get to making potions with 100,000's of effect percentages, reset your alchemy skill, make 1 potion, reset your alchemy skill, make 1 potion, repeat as you desire, it is awesome for that. This can be doubled if you make potions for, say, Fortify Smithing. The potion will get your Alchemy to 100, which you can make legendary. When you're done with Alchemy, you'll have an equal amount of Fortify Smithing potions that you can use to upgrade equipment on a workbench or grindstone. Along with that, you can do it with Smithing more times than Alchemy due to the fact that a Smithing potion lasts 30 seconds, so you can probably make Smithing legendary 2 or 3 times per potion.

Careful when youre using this with the "wear everything werewolf glitch" (or the wear everything jail glitch) OR quests that make you take off armor for you would have to do this infinite shout glitch again.

A few things you forgot to mention. You have to have at least 3/5 in Alchemist, Physician perk, and Benefactor perk for this to even work.

I know a good way to LVL smithing for free: 1: Join Companions and do everything Earuland says 2: When u tell him u need training buy or max out the training (5/5) 3:FUS RO DAH him 4:pickpocket gold back it says 0% but it will always work 5:LVL UP AND REPEAT

I wasted 3 hours while getting all the ingredients and armor and stuff and then I realized that I needed very high leveled armor(I had minor enchantments on almost all of them) and now I am severely depressed and pissed at myself because I wasted so much time.

All, take note: If you wish to use Beast Mode/ the Ring of Hircine, and still have this glitch, make sure you make a stockpile of restoration potions. This is because, each time you become a Werewolf, all of your gear is removed, and then re-equipped once you turn back into your natural form, thus resetting the shout reduction to 20%.

I accidentally did it too long and now my shouts have a recharge time in the negative millions, I literally almost broke my PS3.

Hey guys i did the fortify restoration glitch like a hour ago and it worked for me and i am gonna awnser all your questions. First for you to get the materials go to the people who sell ingredients, i dont know how there called but what i did is i go to the ones in markarth, whiterun, solitude and in windhelm. If they dont hve the materials go to the other ones or wait 48 hours dont worry they will come out once in a while.

On pc you can just type this in console : player.setav shoutrecoverymult 0

It gave me a perspective on why the Greybeards are how they are. The whole way of the voice thing. Not having a recharge time on shouts made me see that they should be used mostly only when I really need it. Plus, on the ps3, too many whirlwind sprints freezes my game for 3 secs while the trees and landscape try to load. So I urge you to shout responsibly.

you can still make overpowered potions to enchant and smith your gear, but the gear you're equiping and unequiping for the glitch to work expires after 30 seconds, each time you drink a potion. however, after the last fort. rest. potion you drink expires, so does the effect you get, which means that for 30 seconds your amulet of talos gives you infinite shouts. I have no idea how this carries along to the legendary edition, but try it out, and see for yourself, it's the only way. :)

This changes everything. I just got Special edition and I don't know how I've survived playing Skyrim on ps3 all these years without knowing about this glitch. So I imagine works with a lot of things. Ill have to do some experimenting

Yellow mountain flowers (which is pary of the Dawnguard dlc) also has Fortify Restoration in it, they can be found in large numbers in Ancestor Glade for the main Dawnguard questline :)

You can find amulets all across skyrim.In dead bandits' body or chests or there is a shrine of talos next to the college of Winterhold,you need to go left when you're front of the college,go left until you find an island with skeevers,a shrine of Talos and there will be an amulet too.

I want to make an addition to this if I could. This DOES work for the PS3, and I have discovered that in the process of the restoration potions increases the potency of the potions AND the frequency of the level up bar for the skill (if not already maxed out). My Alchemy level bar was at 73 until I did this bypass for infinite shouts; once my timer was sufficiently in the negative, I stopped, and continued to make other potions. Within seconds, I was maxed out in Alchemy.

One of the best places to find the ingredients to make the restoration potions in in the barrels around the riften fishery.the usually will contain both types of fish and 9 times out of 10 at least 3 salt piles.then make a trip from there to whiterun stables and proceed to hunt to get the small antlers.as for the pearls the can be found on the edge of most bodys of water inside oysters or if u are an argonian go deep sea diving.within 45 mins u should have enough to make at least 50 + potions

Try this one, Snoopey, excuse me if it is already done: Go to a steward, kill Lydia, buy a house from the steward then quickly press B and store all your gold in Lydia's corpse. You will get the house for free, this also works for furnishings and also works with a box instead of a corpse. (HJERJIM IS THE BEST HOUSE ONE CAN GET)

For people saying their game freezes after doing couple of times that's because the game fails to process the numbers and just crashes

I think it's perminant because the game turns your shout cooldown into negative numbers. Since negative seconds don't exist in Skyrim the game just keeps taking those seconds away at a constant rate especially with the amulate of talos constantly reducing it by 20% even once the potion wears off. If you added back on the normal cooldown time by then it's already infinity so adding any number to negative infinity won't do anything :L

That Restoration Potion glitch can be used to level you up as well... when you reach the point where your potions are ridiculously high, reset your alchemy level from 100 to 15 by making it legendary. After you do that, make another potion and it will level you up to 100 by making 1 potion. Rinse and repeat... Hope that helps. (^_^)

you could also use the falmer helmet glitch which allows you to equip both the said falmer helmet and a circlet, allowing you to use a maximum of six items to buff your potions. :)

There's a way to do this glitch with only one fortify restoration potion, all you have to do is do the fortify restoration glitch and make a piece of armor and enchant it with a Fortify Alchemy enchantment , you want to make the potion then you want to drink the potion then only unequip and then requip the Amulet of Talos, otherwise the ring or whatever you enchanted with Fortify Alchemy will go to zero.

If you pickpocket a companion with Perfect Touch perk, then take his/her armor, then go somewhere else, (ex. You're in Breezehome, you go out to Whiterun, then go back to Breezehome) your companion's armor will regenerate. So repeat it for Infinite armor = Infinite gold.

You can't obtain the enchantment, but you can get the Amulet of Talos. It's a unique enchantment. You can pickpocket it off someone randomly, or head to Solitude and get it off the dude who got executed.

enchant a ring or so on Fortify Alchemy. So when you make a potion of fortify restoration you wear the ring or necklace or whatever it is you enchanted makes it way more powerful.

I have a glitch, first you have to get a wooden plate from the ragged flaggon next all you have to do is run into the ragged flaggon's entrence door, it may take a few times but eventually you will glitch through the door, when you do walk backwards if you swim up there should be 6 chests full of stuff in them but on the bad side you will be stealing them.

Lydia's actually a moderate follower. She caps at level 50. The best followers are Dark Brotherhood initiates and J'zargo, who all cap at level 81. Lydia died for me at level 20 or something. I'm level 57 now and I don't really miss her at all.

This glitch is so overpowered especially if you're playing as a Necromage vampire

There's a glitch where you repeatedly jump in a blacksmith's forge, but not the Skyforge, and it levels up your destruction. I learned that from a wiki, so I didn't discover it.

As a PS3 player, I can't use console commands, and so this is very helpful for my character who ONLY uses shouts in combat.

Guys, you can still do this I think. Open console by ` and type in "tgm" without qoutation, which is godmode. You will never run out of anything. Last time I checked, this works.

READ THIS: In order to KEEP the amulet on negative recharge timer you need to save and reload that save after you did the glitch that was show in the vid above NOTE: THE GLITCH MUST BE ACTIVE TOO BEFORE YOU SAVE. you can get the amulet form radiant raiment in solitude and you'll have to find and unenchant an item with the enchantment on it just look through radiant raiment seller's stock and you'll mostly find it if not wait 5 days and come back

It's not a glitch. It's a legit workaround. Can't imagine why Bethesda did this but it's good for us. All fortify enchantments count as restoration spells.

I have a glitch that has pissed me off multiple times. If you have the Skyrim legendary edition you may find that if you try to fly to volhikar keep or whatever it's called. If you try to fly there on a dragon, the map is to small for a dragon to fly so you will go off the map. You cannot fast travel because of the glitch and you can only reload previous saves to get out. Just trying to spread the word so it does not happen too you.

To everyone asking about crafting gear, learn to use an enchanting table. find something with the fortify alchemy enchantment and disenchant that, then make other stuff with fortify alchemy

no, the glitch hasnt been properly patched, what it did was simply make the items that you were using to craft the potion to lose the insane atributes by making their benefits expire when potions expired You can still make the amazing potions that will make certain things extremely powerful, "36455262% better enchanting" for example. this means you cant make your amulet of Talos (in this case) an OP necklace that allows infinite shouts, it expires after 30 seconds just like the potion :(

eventualy the -countdown may break the syntax of the game, much like when you enchant a wepon with a fortify enchanting potion (after restoration glitch) it will actualy stack and become trully infinite.

Make it yourself or check out the shop radiant raiments in solitude. Note you need to have the perks 5/5 in enchanter, insightful enchanter, 5/5 in alchemist, physician, and benefactor in order for this to work.

You may have unlimited shouts but it only lasts 120 seconds because that's all the potion lasts then all your armour and shouts will be reset

Put your targets in an area. Have Serana pick them up. Go into another area. Save and load the save. Go back into the area where you had your items dropped. You should have the original version on Serana and the duplicated version on the floor.

No it's all about the amulet.But you must not take off the amulet ( as far as I know),be careful when you equip/unequip things and do not take the talos blessing.

Okay, I found out the problem on the 360. I had to make the strongest fortified alchemy apparel as possible and unlock the alchemy perks that enable me to make MUCH more powerful potions. Then do the instructions for the glitched potion. All set! I'm shouting more than a dragon would.

hey snoop just recently i decided to max out my charcter and unlock all perk trees ect and whilst i was exploring the enchanting and alchemy side of things i managed to create a set of alchemy and a set of smithing gear with each item giving a 30% increase without any glitching and i believe i can get it higher still without exploiting anything. i only say this as i have only seen vids with ppl at 25% for each item ALSO FOR EVERYONE ELSE if you get the Ahzidal armour any wear any 4 pieces together it will give you +10 enchanting on top

I think the updates are messing it up. Everybody is having the same general problem. We can only do it once. So I think if you can find an enchantment for alchemy +, then get your enchantment stength to double as much (This will take five perks, but if you want to make useful weapons and armor enchantments in the future it shouldn't be a problem) Make a hat, gloves, and ring alchemy + and when you put it on you should have lots of alchemy so when you do it your first time it will be strongest.

this glitch is patch and will not work even if your restoration potion item is still there for patch 1.9. But who need it now. The resotation potion item you enchanted still carry over to patch 1.9 and your still uber over power anyway. Also, the chest under whiterun is still there and work on patch 1.9. Since its probably not a glitch that people really notice in youtube anyway. So if you want easy money as a new character then just hop outside the town from the inside out and your good to go.

The Fortify Alchemy enchantment only works for helmets, rings, gloves, and necklaces. The other armor can't hold that enchantment.

If anyone is wondering where you get the armour: He custom made it using Hide armour and a special effect from a weapon that I can't remember where you get.

Excellent, except when I remove the necklace and equip it again, it doesn't work anymore. So for anyone trying this make extra 'fortify restoration' potions so u wont have to do the whole process again, you'll already have the potion in case the amulet comes off.

Yes, the recharge times will go back to normal if the amulet is removed. Regardless, this is amazing.

So in theory, the stronger the potion, the less cooldown you will get. I can't gaurantee you'll get 0 cooldown or that this will work at all. Its just a hypothesis. I am going to go try it myself. (P.S if you do figure out how to do it well enough than make sure you don't take the amulet of talos off because that will reset the whole process)

Feel like my brain is going to explode. Im tired of doing this and it not working. Then I have to run around and buy/find more ingredients... is this patched or am I doing somthing wrong? Will clearing my cache do anything?

do you use a Mac or PC to play skyrim. because i use a pc and when i play it extremely slow.

The potion stays in effect forever even if the time on it runs out...but if you take the amulet off and put it back on the effects disappear

The only thing that is a necessity is unequipping and equipping the Amulet of Talos, and a Fortify Restoration Potion. I tried it, and not having anything else would just make it take longer to decrease the time.

There is a glitch when u are going to kill karseteg where u jump up the side of the castle and u can continually shoot him with a bow

You have to use it to spike your enchanting ability really high so you can permanantly enchant something to increase your restoration to a high enough level then wear that enchanted item while weawring the amulet of talos to keep the effects. I'm guessing, its really confusing. I think its because this has been patched with the updates. But the buffs still work just do it high, make +500% resoration potions, then use it to make really strong enchantment potions, then enchant resoration clothing

its not a specific armor set its he just enchanted that armor and then he renamed it crafting gear i hope this helped

i believe that its patched that unequiping and reequiping your armor doesn't keep on the potions effects you have to keep doing that loop until you can make a really strong fort enchanting potion the drink the potion and enchant a necklace with reduced shout times.

That's just always been that way. Changing it would be lore-breaking. (It's mentioned in a few in-game books too, like "The Song of the Alchemists"...)

So you have: 1.) Infinite sets of armor at once=Near invincibility 2.)INSANE weapons=Instakill everything 3.)Infinite shouts=0_o

Im basically already "God Mode" and this is the last god power i need. Im level 81 (Ogmha Infininium Glitch) with full Daedric Armor. Then, i used fortify restoration potions to create godly enchantment potions. (Since i follow Robbaz's ways) i use my fists. My gauntlets do 10m damage, and my armor boosts my stats so i have 5m Health, Stamina, and Magicka.

theres an invisible wall in windhelm on the house of clan shatter shield work your around the walls of windhelm go under,( you wont fall) and have a follwer loot the three chests but its stealing so be cautious and swift

I did this glitch one time, and i made 5 of the fortify restoration potions up to about a billion% more powerful. And I guess it was infinite because I have not run out of it yet. Also if you take of the amulet of talos the restoraion glitch wont work, so to fix this go back to a save to where before you did this glitch. Then when you make a fortify restoration potion high enough make an enchanting potion. Then get the fortify alchemy enchantment. Then use the potion for enchanting then...

You can simply (and by simply I mean, very hardly) go and kill a gray beard. Their Equipment has blessing of talos on all of them, which reduce the shout time to 0 (each equipment part is 20% reduction, just like the amulet.) [Also, it may only be a mod that enabled me to kill them. But then again, I have a mod that enables me to disenchant an amulet of Talos, so... yeah.]

I used to tell arrow IN the knee jokes, then my cousin who was out fighting dragons gave me this unsettling wolfish grin while stealing my sweet roll with Fur coming out of his ears as I saw someone with curved swords. curved. swords.

Works for PS3 as long as you didnt mess up the potion glitch making huge damage weapons.

if you drop stuff right were you enter whiterun and tell lydia to pick it up you leave whiterun for a bit then you go back and itll all be there then tell lydia to pick it up again then rince and repeat but if you wait to long itll dissapear and to get just trade with lydia

I picked up skyrim and morrowind for a total of 20.38 TODAY and I put a mod on that makes shouts have NO RECHARGE TIME (it makes the game ridiculously entertaining!)

You have to un equip the amulet then re equip it once it's re quipped never take it off again or you'll have to make another restoration potion 500% is enough to put all shout cool downs to the negatives

You're very mistaken my friend all you have to do is drink the restoration potion 500% is about as much as you need to reduce the cool down time for all shouts to the negatives then unequip and re equip the Amulet of Talos after you re equip the amulet you can never remove if or else the effect of the potion on the enchant will be nullified and you'll have to drink another restoration potion trust me have done this a million times since 1.9

everybody abuses lydia when they have her but when she's gone your game just feels lik its missing something...

You make it.... on the enchantment table with soul gems. While crafting abilities on new armor you can rename it to anything you want.

outside riften there are fish barrels with them in and the town/ village at the bottom of the mountain where the greybeards live the lake near there

In vanila shout cooldowns are laughably long. All we need is a few 20% cooldown reduction items in the game, similar to talos amulet. Greybeard robes, or something like that. Nice idea for a Creation Club item, btw, or just as a free update.

Very cool glitch thanks for the info. On PC to be honest you're better off just downloading a mod with 100% reduced shouts on a pendant. It's still cheating but you don't have to craft anything when you un-equip it. For consoles this is fantastic.

Doing this glitch to whirlwind sprint my way to the Jarl of Solitude. She sort of fell out of the normal map and it'll take a while to run there, even with Aravark.

glich: all folowers(inclooding civies) make the potion and drink go outside imidiatly thro a wobler amulet at santa and run away. you will be really wanted, so drink 65 potions of epicness and punch everyone once. they will all be your followers
