Skyrim - How to Get to Dead Crone Rock & Hag's End

This seems to be a common problem, as there were several complaints and trash talk left in some of my video comments. This shows how to get to Dead Crone Rock from Markarth, which also leads to Hag's End Redoubt & Hag's End. This location is used for several quests, most notably the Dawnstar Museum's Daedric Artifact quest "Pieces of the Past".
I am sorry some of you "wasted hours" looking for this place. Here is how to get there in under 3 minutes.

I climbed to mountains like 50 times. I was sure that there had to be a path I just couldnt find it. All the paths were going away from the location. This helped alot! :) tnx

Thx! I was getting really salty while failing to locate the correct pathways. I was a world of warcraft player for over a decade and recently quit...just downloaded Skyrim and now I'm hooked on another game lol.

There were several fun insults and racial slurs in the comments of one of my videos because this place takes "hours" to find. I couldn't shake the image of some of you still sitting in the basement, sporting a cheeto-stained shirt, soaked in drool and armpit sweat rings, searching for this place furiously with only the glow of your 20 inch television set to guide you. Consider this a New Year's present.

Umm, you made a small mistake there. Hag's End is actually west of Solitude, accessible only through Deepwood Redoubt. You showed the road from Markarth to Hag Rock Redoubt, through which you can access Dead Crone Rock. Those are two different things. I'd imagine that led to some people's confusion, because Deepwood Redoubt is also quite difficult to get to.

Thanks alot for this man..... btw, the bridge just before Hag's Redoubt, I found 3 goats waiting about...... and a dead troll at the bottom! Nice little billy goats gruff easter egg for us..... Also some friendly forsworn were hanging about, even though I killed matey in the prison and helped the Silver-Bloods......?

You must have the patience of a Saint. Just follow it, got me caught up at first but it's all there. It's not like he's cut parts of the video just to screw with you. Follow it like a treasure trail and put what base navgigational instincts you have to some use.
