There’s some interesting RP you can consider. I believe the dark elf from the mines mentioned a letter from windhelm so maybe you can return there as a favor later on. Maybe consider having Sofie, the flower girl, follow you to be a sort of father figure. Teach her how to fish after you learned. Perhaps build a small community and grab argonians from the docks to leave the docks.

Hi I know this series is not so brand-new but it was kind of a coincidence that I got this Video as a recommendation 😊 So I started watching more of your videos and I just wanna say they are so delightful and there is always something funny happening so I had to laugh 😅 Thank you and good work I must say. I remember a situation in one of your videos where you were trying to make a living as a miner in Darkwater crossing where there was an attack and you were saying something like "Noooo we are just humbling miners and we just want to mine" I don't know why but it makes me laugh because of the Drama 😅 I've watched some videos after work and they are helping me to calm down somehow because it's not easy sometimes as we all know. Now I'm gonna start a playthrough as a Fishergirl because I had that thought long time ago but never started one. I'm right now building my load order thanks to you 😅

Hi Jacoby, Possibly my first time commenting on your channel, but know that I am a long time viewer. I realise that this type of character, more calm less excitement, will probably appeal to fewer people. If you don't mind though, I'd like to offer an alternative perspective. Recently, at the age of 40, I was diagnosed with some autistic traits. A strange thing to happen, but not at all unsurprising. Back in my childhood, I was always passed off as the 'quiet kid' or 'the one who finds it hard to make friends'. But to get this diagnosis was truly liberating. Suddenly it all made sense. Anyway, the point I want to get to is that one important aspect of life for me is to have stability. Change has always hit me hard. Your channel brings that stability. My favourite series of yours so far is miner/lord. I'm still working through the others. There is a certain calm, a warmth to your style. You're not all about the shouty action. I realise many people like shouty action, but please just know that I and I'm sure many many others highly value series such as this. As long as you keep making videos, you have a viewer for life. All the very best to you and thanks for what you do.

Great episode Jakeby. Not sure if you have any spell mods, but some of them contain the classic spell called "Reynos' Fins" which makes travelling the waterways of Skyrim infinitely more enjoyable. You should check it out!

If you have the Fus ro Dah shout, you can harvest the roe from salmon to make underwater-breathing potion. The coins will roll in like water from springs.

Some people think any Argonians and Dark Elves getting along is stupid and is lore breaking. I say it's been over 200 years since the events of Morrowind. The Tribunal is gone, the three patron Daedra are back in, Morrowind is covered in ash, surely if there's that much change, the people can change too. At least a few. So yes, the innkeeper in the Grey Quarter being friends with an Argonian is just fine.

Just looked at the mods list... That's a lot. I'm gonna have more fun with my second play through of Skyrim.

I love these videos, makes me playing my farmer bard mom character feel less alone.

Hearing you talk about how Argonians are an interesting race pick, makes me wonder. You ever consider running Imperious: Races of Skyrim? What it does is in some ways tone down the initial "Well I'm just a (insert race)" advantages, gives them some new ones that are fairly interesting to me, and then provides a quest to unlock something more powerful generally than what they started with. For example if you play a Breton your initial magical resistance is nerfed compared to base. But in return you get "Stones of Galen", which gives you a secondary bonus from a standing stone (like the Warrior Stone will give you +15% Power Attack damage as well). There's also a "Grail of Betony" that you can find in a pretty rare random encounter with a Treasure Hunter, and when you keep the Grail of Betony in your inventory you get a +15% Stamina and Magicka Regen. And finally you have the quest to unlock their Racial Power (which is upscaled from base game) by finding 10 different Standing Stones. The Argonian, if I recall, been a while since I ran one, was that they didn't get Histskin at start. But instead they got an ability that increases your movement speed any time you pop out of the water (water deep enough to swim). And their quest to unlock their supercharged power is to find 5 Treasure Chests that are underwater and loot them. Fairly basic but I find it's a bit more interesting and some of the side abilities they give or quests to unlock their full potential really does impact my play and RP. Like as a Redguard you get infinite stamina, so long as you're not in combat. So I do end up sprinting everywhere when normally I don't because Skyrim Bears are like the Cliffracer Memes x10 and will home in on you from 2 miles away and hit like a missile so you want every bit of stamina you can to deal with them (Or at least I do). Or how the Dunmer get this sort of "Ancestral Grudge" mark on enemies that makes me shift priorities in combat to benefit from it before it goes away, etc. Dunno, just an odd thought as you mentioned it. Not sure if you had seen it. If you'd enjoy it or not. It's kinda been a "must have" for me personally as I've never been that big on "because bloodline" stuff like every Imperial having Voice of The Emperor (Instead you have to unlock it by completing quests for a variety of people representing clout and influence you have in the province instead of... just because my Mom was Imperial).
