New horse location that saves about 30 seconds. It's one of Skyrim's random encounters in the overworld, so you only have about a 5% chance to get one of the two horse encounters. This means on average about 1 hour of doing Helgen per horse, which is really boring, so we might be allowing a mod in the future to remove this RNG.
