Hey man, love this review. There are a lot of weather mods out there and a lot of details in mods most never know. I started learning a bit about the details recently. It's crazy. But I agree. Everybody has their own choice and likes and dislikes on weather mods. I have ran every one so far. Like them all for different things. Great video as always.
I never had problems with any performance wise. So not too sure which was would technically be the most performance friendly. I played for months with Vivid Weathers and never had issue. Same with Dolomite and rustic. It comes down to what you like in the end. All work fine. Sorry if that's not much help. I can look around and ask what the difference is performance wise.
D3 Entertainment, I agree. I never noticed much difference when switching out whether mods. That's not to say it is completely true though. I find sometimes the graphical add-ons can cause more problems than weather mods.
Tis very true. I switched mods almost daily for months during testing. I know some people have said there are things that can make them run better. I have no ideal. But big mods can have conflicts with a lot of other stuff. There is so much that goes into getting all right from a technical standpoint it makes your head hurt. I'm just happy that they are figuring out what people need to do on console and it's becoming easier for anyone to just jump in. Follow a little bit of organizing and go forward having fun. Makes me happy.
Gone Turbo so let me get this straight. The only thing you used in this video with better display enhancements is changes to contrast and saturation? No messing with anything else such as blue tint? And the only lighting mod is elfx weather? Thanks in advance!
I've been using mythical ages and I'm not the biggest fan of the texture of the rain but I love how crazy the storms can get, are the storms intense in this mod?
www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/63478/? It says on the True Storms' Nexus page that it is compatible with ELFX weathers. However, don't know how much it differs from the PC version to console. Also, not sure what the LO should be. Gonna have to test it out for myself.
Hound of Heaven w/Jamie Bartee Of course, as a public service I'll see what I can find. In theory it should work since True Storms only amplifies prexisting weathers. Absolutely loving ELFX and it's plugins, so it being compatible with True Storms is a win-win for me.
