In Part 3 we look at my favorite weather mod, Vivid Weathers Special Edition. This is the French version. Vivid Weathers was updated to Definitive Edition (this is not that mod). Vivid brings a balance of fantasy and realism to the world of Skyrim. Tons of variety, beauty, and a great choice if you're looking for a real and balanced look to Skyrim. I also have True Storms and the TS/VW patch in this load order.

Great video. I was a fan of Vivid Weathers with True Storms (with the patch) and was disappointed with the Definitive Edition of Vivid Weathers (sorry MangaClub). In my opinion, it was a step backwards in visual quality. After watching you video, I loaded up the FR edition with True Storms (and the patch) and the Rustic Weathers preset mod. I also applied all you suggested display tweaks. I was very impressed and happy to get the old Vivid Weathers ambiance and visuals back. Took a horse ride from Riften to Whiterun in dense foggy weather with occasional god rays and it was amazing. Thanks for putting out these comprehensive weather videos. You help take some of the trial and error and guess work out of using mods. Keep up the good work. I also second you endorsement of Leon Shore's YT channel.

Thank you gone turbo for this video vivid weathers is one of my favorite weather mods there is a patch for this to make the mod the special edition again I'm using the patch on my current playthrough I think the patch is working hope you have a merry Christmas and a happy new year

Hey gone turbo love this set up for vivid weather's although I increased saturation 2-3 times as well for my game. Thanks for the great content you provide 😁

I just saw that MangaClub uploaded a compatibility patch for VW Definitive Edition that changes the visuals back to the VW SE style. There was also some comments in the description for the patch that implies that with the patch, you can now use VW Definitive Edition with the Compatibility Patch with TrueStorms. It would be great if you have time to do a new video like this one but using VW DE, the VW DE compatibility patch and TrueStorms to see how it looks.

Thank you Gone Turbo! I did not know the rustic presets would work with vivid weathers. I am a fan of both. But neither is exactly what I wanted. This is the missing piece. Just tried it out. Love it!

Well I CERTAINLY appreciate your "Mad Scientist" work with Weathers! With your recommendation to add "Rustic Presets" in with Mythical Ages, it completely took away that hideous blue haze from Mythical Ages to my backgrounds and Mid grounds! One thing of note in my testing: I found that Rustic Presets REPLACES the Mythical Ages presets. This may also happen in other Weather Mods combined with Rustic Presets, I'm not sure. However, the "Fantasy" Preset from Rustic Presets has revolutionized Mythical Ages for me! All thanks to YOU!!

You should check out the mod "majestic mountains " it's by t4gtr but ported by Tarshana. It's a great mountain mod. I use the skyland series so I don't use it, but for anyone not using skyland, I highly recommend they at least try it. You would love it.

In that load order where do you put followers and horses like blaze or big cats, also animals like farm animal and birds..thanks if you can help me trying to copy your list but got some more stuff...

HI GT . Could you tell me is there any other way to put mods for xbox1 then by searching through console? I cant find some mods in xbox1 from your LO. Sorry for my lng I'm not english.

Clicks in to see the different options for Vivid Weathers, yet notices XB1 and leaves comment to express my hatred for anything that isn't PC because it just isn't as pretty.
