This is a lore-friendly, defensible, medium-sized player home. This player home can hold six followers, six children and a spouse. In this video you will see the steward which you can hire for 500 septims and he has his own daily routine also!
There is multiple storage options, an open-plan feasting hall, enchanting/alchemy/smithing etc. and some amazing views (Just to name a few!)
Yngol's Spear is perched on the mountainside above and to the northwest of Windhelm, just a short ride from the city. It can be found by following the west road out of the city, through Anga's Mill, and then turning right at the mammoth skull. Depending on your graphics settings, you'll be able to see it above Anga's Mill as you approach from the west, south, or east.
The player home can be purchased for 20,000 septims and the mod comes in at 10.7 MiB. This would be a great addition for a stormcloak or nord play-through!
