Nice tute, nice planter. That design could make a neat canteen, or vase. Egg shaped or square/diamond shaped cutters might be interesting too. Possibilities are endless.

Such a great job of teaching an such a cool project. I found the entire project inspirational and easy to follow. I managed to find the cutters, similar place mat but could you share the glaze color/brand. I have made so many mistakes with glazes help would be appreciated

Bonjour, quelle est la peinture que vous avez utilisé pour le modèle où il y a la plante ? Pour avoir cet effet, comme si il s'agissait de véritable poterie en terre cuite avec de l'email dessus.... Ça rend vraiment un effet magnifique et très très réaliste et j'aimerais bien pouvoir donner le même effet à mes créations en pâte polymère séchant à l'air. Very neat!! But it needs a drainage hole!! Plants need good drainage specially suculents

I would add 3 holes in base for drainage if you are using real plants otherwise they will drown when watered. Great tutorial thankyou from Queensland Australia

This is Beautiful. I am going to have a go as well. What did you glaze this piece with? Is it fired in an electric kiln or gas?

Why would it not work by making a broader inset like maybe 4" instead of 2"? I'm just wondering. I really like it. It could be a neat basket by cutting off bottom instead of putting the base on it. Thank you so much.
