I’m an 18 y/o apprentice mechanic in Canada and have built two trucks both with small lifts and 12 wides and everyone asks me how I did it myself and your right RU-vid videos is pretty much how I learn to do anything people just need to not be scared to try something new!

Definitely color match the fenders and have the trim in gloss black! As for the rear I'd leave the windshield hinges matte since the glass looks gloss and color match the spare tire mount. This jeep is going to be so fresh! Can't wait to see it lifted👍

Killing it in the building game!!

I would do the rear window latch covers gloss black, maintain the factory look. Painted green would make it look funny in my opinion. You also might wanna upgrade your tire carrier, the hinge replacements are probably good enough but at that point you might as well do the tire carrier also. Loving the build tho man!
