On Saturday 25th August, the guitar legend Slash, frontman Myles Kennedy and their band The Conspirators played a blistering show at the Sydney Entertainment Centre, and Moshcam was there to exclusively film every second of it.
Aided and abetted by frontman Myles Kennedy and their band The Conspirators (guitarist Frank Sidoris, bassist Todd Kerns and drummer Brent Fitz), the iconic axeman delivered a searing set featuring Guns 'N' Roses classics like 'Sweet Child O' Mine', 'Paradise City' and 'Nightrain', Velvet Revolver's choicest cuts 'Slither' and 'Fall To Pieces' and stand-out Slash moments like 'Halo' and 'You're A Lie' from his new album 'Apocalyptic Love'.

Saw him three months before he passed in concert with my son Andrew who I also lost on Aug 16th to addiction the same drug Scott passed from !!! I hope they are both “Rockin” out in heaven !! I miss my baby so so much!!!

@@marshalmagooo3899 The market for rock and metal is pretty damn dire...you just cant sell any albums anymore...He has got enough success for being an artist that came bout in the late 2000s....Playing in Arenas of 20-25k , A billbord no.1 chart for the song isolation...couple of gold records and half a billion streams on spotify .....it may be small compared to what rock was in the 80s but for todays standards that is fucking huge

Oh he's a prime example alright. I'm sick and tired of hearing people use addiction as the reason their music careers went to shit! It didn't START as an addiction. He had a CHOICE and he chose to take all that good money he was earning and run it up his arm. And it DID effect his singing abilities both short and long term. I don't deny his talent. I just say 'What a fuckin' WASTE'. DIFFERENT... not BETTER!

For the life of me I do NOT know how Myles is still able to sing in a concert arena having Tinnitus! I suffer from it and it's AWFUL! (Tinnitus = constant ringing in ears) I'm a drummer and I cannot even listen to music without medication and a special headset. And I strongly disagree with Omar below. Scott Weiland is not a BETTER singer. He's a different singer and people don't take to change very well. Both men are amazingly talented.

Scott Weiland was BY FAR the better singer. Scott fueled his music with emotion. Myles sings purely from passion. He can't possibly feel what was going on at the time this song was written.

Alegna McClellan Scott Weiland made better music in one verse than Myles Kennedy did in his entire portfolio. Everybody dies at some point, so the junkie bit is moot. Not trying to argue with you at all, just trying to tell you Myles Kennedy sucks hard.
