I lost it when I got to “Hehe.” I’d been shanked, and she deadpan delivers that line, as though it was given to her on a slip of paper and can’t make heads or tails of the meaning.
@@danieleduardocastillomonto4574 I think they are different bladess. The one in the cabin is a part of the illusion crafted by the narrator. The one she makes is a part of her ability to shift accordingly with how she’s perceived.
The Cheated: "Oh no! Nuh-uh! We are NOT sitting through that intro exposition AGAIN! We start IN the Cabin, RIGHT NOW!!!" The Narrator: "What the- Hey! What in blazes just happened!?"
Voice of the smitten : She's gorgeous! Absolutely divine ! Me : You got a problem my friend. Voice of the Stubborn : Yes ! Behold, the perfect woman ! Me : Nevermind, it is I who got a problem.
"I assure you, there is nothing hidden there." I just like how despite trying to pretend she aint gonna stab you, she didnt wanna escalate this to levels of akwardness . Its like she knew if there was a narrative option to take a look, some would take it, but decided to drop the act, cause even eldtrich beings have some level of standards.
This was my first ever route lol, I figured I'd let the narrator guide me before trying to free the princess, and got this, with the full body razor ending. I regret nothing, amazing first route in an even more amazing game
I still think we're the "dragon" in this world of fantasy tropes. So more of a feathered lizard than a scaly bird. Edit: I have heard tales of the devs confirming our bird-ness. I like to think the comparison still stands though. Dragon -> dinosaur -> bird.
This whole line is gold, best dialog for comedy in the early stages but also one of the most raw endings in the game with the empty cup. The execution of it is all on point. Other princesses have designs or stories I prefer, but razor is just an experience you can't go without.
This has to be, by far, one of my favorite routes. All the voices present, the sheer snark in all of the characters, Cheated (and everyone for that matter) totally disregarding the Narrator, really great run.
This game has so many paths and content within it every video I watch of it I get introduced to like 3 new variations that I didn't even know existed. This is what happens when a visual novel is like 15 gigs. I can't wait to see a compilation of all the possible paths and endings.
I've watched many ytbers play this game and I've beaten it myself yet never seen anybody get it nor did I. I didn't know it existed until this video. And holy shit, no other route has made me laugh harder and be more disturbed at the exact same time. While beast, Nightmare, and Grey are all very creepy respectively, the knifes through the arms is the most conceptually disturbing thing in the whole game imo. New favorite route!

i mean technically there's the route that goes razor -> the arms race -> mutually assured destruction but that's basically the same as this except you have the blade
I think its not taking the blade the second time, which causes the contrarian to come along on the third and throw it out the window. Since you don't have a blade to fight her at the end you wouldn't end it by finally striking a killing blow.
The Voice of the Cheated sounds VERY SIMILAR to Tariq Khan's voice acting as Evrart Claire in Disco Elysium. I could have sworn it was the same voice actor!
The Long Quiet is heavily avian. Beaked, taloned, and heavily feathered. When the Narrator split the Long Quiet from the Shifting Mound, he imparted/imprinted much of himself onto the Long Quiet, resulting in the corvid and owlish attributes of the player character.
SPOILERS PROCEED WITH CAUTION. Your character is a god called the long quiet working with another god called the shiftimg mound aka the princess when the shifting mound comes to take the princess she brings you to long quiet and since you are the long quiet you effectively disappear meaning she cant hit you so the shifting mound finishes the job.
