Being alone with your thoughts, getting things done before the people around you while they're asleep. I relate to this stuff in reverse as a night owl. I get absolute laser focus once everyone's asleep and I'm alone to complete my stuff.

i wake up at 2 am everyday.... and study when i feel sleepy i drink coffee around 3 or 4... the world is soo silent in the morning and its easier to concentrate on studies... but for that i have to sleep at 8 everyday

The excessive obsession currently with "productivity" is just stupid. The point here is living your life and being content rather than running behind literally everything 25hrs of the day. And Achara the people who are full of themselves are not confident they are arrogant and not empathetic. They care about their outcomes and benefits and not if someone is at a loss in the process. And hence they go ahead by basically stepping on others' heads.

Gita 3:21- "Whatever a great man does, that, other men also do (imitate); whatever he sets up as the standard, that, the world (people) follows."
