Yeah, we have a locality called Jubilee Hills in Hyderabad, where the Tollywood film stars have their homes, and the real estate prices there are astronomically high. The price of land there has reached almost ₹3 lakh (~$4000) per square yard, and apparently, a 6-acre property was sold once at ~₹ 330 CRORES ($ 66.8 Million).
