Wrong. The judge is clearly biased toward the prosecution. The judge has allowed the prosecution to allege things and when the defense attempts to question the same witness about what the prosecutor asked him, the judge tells the defense that he is not allowed to question something the prosecutor alleged. That is just one example as to why, if Alex is convicted, which he will be and rightfully so, his lawyers will have a paper stack full of reasons why an appeal should occur. And they will get Alex off the charges after presenting their appeal because of the horrid and downright idiotic way the judge has handled the entire trail. That judge is a buffoon. And Alex will get out of prison because of that dumbazz judge.

He has 90 plus financial charges so he won’t be getting out regardless of this current case or any appeal to this case. Since Alex went to the kennel and didn’t leave until after the murders he had to hear the gunshots. He killed them. There’s no way someone wouldn’t hear those shotgun blasts or AR rifle shots.

Given all the movement of cars & people at AM’s mother’s house a couple of days later following AM’s father’s FUNERAL gave AM ample time & distractions. By using his mother’s smokehouse, in order to hide (destroy) evidence along with the large distraction related to his large family gathering immediately following at his father’s post funeral gathering at AM’s mother’s house gave ALEX many opportunities to destroy the evidence in the smokehouse (ie) burn it… or take it somewhere else to hide/ destroy. 😘 AM put in his mother’s smoke house

This lawyer needs to lighten up. He is asking questions and clearly not liking the answers and obviously trying to twist and manipulate the agents answers. He won't let the agent tell HIS answers to the questions. The lawyer wants HIS (the lawyers) answers to come out of his mouth. If I were on the jury that would not sit well with me at all!!!!!!
Paul was looking at the shooter on the second shot. The shooter was outside the shed on the right side of the doorway, squatting up next to the shed. As soon as Paul looked the shooter pulled the trigger with the butt of the stock resting on the ground.
