the morrocan oil light is not for light colored hair, it's a lighter formula for fine hair.

Ali I like your videos and enjoy hair tutorials, however i really didnt like not knowing this was sponsored and product placement until after all the Moroccan Oil references and low and behold its at the bottom of the caveats in the detail box. I think its preferable when people say at the start of the video 'i'm working with....' or 'ive partnered with...' instead of leaving viewers to guess. All the best and positive things to you, just didnt like this one.

I've unsubscribed from some of my favorite RU-vidrs because they started to do more sponsored videos than not. Some of them I miss but their content became different from what drew me to them to begin with. While I've always loved this channel and use Morrocanoil, I just didn't see anything I didn't already know from personal use. Not unsubscribing now but if this channel becomes mostly sponsored I will. It's not meant to be a threat, is just me being honest.

Subscribing from a channel simply because they make money from being sponsored... they do have to make a living as well you know. And in most cases barely has a negative effect on the video

Angel Wins I don't have a problem with partners/click/commercial ad income but some of the youtubers only talk about/showcase items they're sent which is essentially product placement. We have no way of knowing if they'd actually buy that product in reality, giving an infomercial feel. I prefer to see youtubers give both positive and negative reviews so I have some sort of heads up to buy or not to buy an item. For me it's all about authenticity and that's for me...we all have the option to subscribe or not to depending what we're looking for. If you like sponsored videos great but I don't.

Jaded Muse RU-vidrs can't make as much money from commercials/click ads for multiple reasons including how wide spread ad block is, the tendency to click skip ad as soon as people have the option to, and the fact that if you look up the statistics barely anyone clicks ads. Which is when they actually receive more profit. As for whether they would use it or not, it wouldn't make to much of a difference per say if you can see how it turns out right in front of you. It's not like headphones where you can't tell how good the quality is simply by simply looking at someone listen to them on a video. As for makeup you can. I'm not saying you have to watch them. But I wouldn't say that's a very good reason to complete begin to stop watching one you like.

Angel Wins I just prefer factual product reviews with demos or hauls...not a fan of sponsored videos generally speaking because they're just not the same for me. I enjoy smaller youtubers who are in it for the experience of sharing with their subscribers (which includes responding to comments and questions). It's a personal preference.
