This self hypnosis blends sleep hypnosis, guided meditation, positive suggestions, imagery and deep breath work. It is designed to help soothe and quieten your mind, as well as to reduce the harmful effects of overthinking at night.
All anxiety stems from negative thinking. When you are able to prevent your mind from reflecting regretfully and remorsefully on the past or from negatively forecasting the future - especially when doing so creates strong feelings of unease - your energies and awarenesses can move more to the present. When you become deeply relaxed with a strong focus, you can enter a relaxing trance state that is similar to daydreaming.
Your subconscious control mind is far more amenable to positive and encouraging suggestions when you are in this state. It is also much better positioned to find solutions to any current problems and to find actions that will help you achieve goals.
This audio track is safe and suitable for frequent listening - as many times as you wish. You do not need to worry that the messages or the experience will become stale or repetitive.
