The hypnotic language combined with the guided visualisations and imagery in this video will help distract your conscious mind and help you stop overthinking so that you can more easily drift into deep sleep.

This track blends guided sleep hypnosis, guided meditation and positive suggestions and/or imagery. It is designed to help soothe and quieten your mind, as well as to reduce the harmful effects of overthinking at night. When you are able to prevent your mind from wandering into the future or into the past - especially when doing so creates anxiety - you are able to access your subconscious mind. Your subconscious control mind is far more amenable to positive and encouraging suggestions when you are in the trance state.
This audio track daily is safe and suitable for frequent listening - as many times as you wish. Since hypnosis helps induce positive behavioural change, a different version of you will be listening each time and so your subconscious will enjoy a different experience on each occasion you tune in.

Good morning Nick....just wanted to give you a huge THANK YOU Don't know what I'd do without you Couldn't sleep or would go but not stay.Id get so upset with myself Well no more..I don't stress about it anymore because I know by listening to you I WILL go back to sleep. You have really helped change the way I think during the day.Im more positive and have more inner peace.I really like the segments that are longer. Through listening to you I even dream now. You had put me back to sleep one morning, I was in a good deep sleep when I'm assuming the session had ended (it was one that was about an hour long) then this LOUD ad came on and woke me up!!!!! I was truly 😡 upset but I'm learning. Once again THANK YOU!!! When I listen to the ones that are longer I feel bad that you have to talk that long!!!Stay blessed 😊

Thank you for this video and all your video's ❤ I have trouble sleeping because when I try to sleep a lot of negative thoughts fills up in my head (depression) so I use avoid going to bed sometimes 2 or 3 days in a row. But now I fall fast asleep to your voice, actually mostly I don't even get to the hypnotize part, I am already asleep which make my days so much easier to handle. You really makes a difference with your soft voice when you talk me to sleep 🌷 One small thing: I love all your video's but it is difficult to tell them apart because they are named so similar

@NicholasWrightHypnotherapy I'm a huge Metallica fan! My cousin & I went to night one; it was incredible!! Unfortunately, James Hetfield (lead singer) came down with Covid 😢, so Sunday's performance was rescheduled to next Saturday. I thought you'd probably get a chuckle out of that post! 😁 I'm on such a strange schedule. My sons & I are huge F1 and soccer fans. We watched the F1 race from Italy this morning starting at 5:55am, our time. Then, starting at 8:30am, sadly watched Manchester United lose their game. I'm a terrible night owl, so I'd been up all night and went to bed after the soccer match. Now I'm trying to get back on a normal schedule again since I have appointments on Tue, Wed & Thurs. I don't know what I'd do without you, Nick!! Someday, I'll have to treat you to lunch/dinner (and a game, if you'd like, or maybe Metallica 😂) when I make my youngest son's biggest wish come true & take him to a Manchester United game! Goodnight! 😊❤️😴💤❤️

Thank you. I try to vary the background volume on videos since some people prefer quieter and some prefer louder. Also, the background audio varies according to the type of headphones (if any) you use. I will make some louder ones shortly! :) Sleep tight. Nick

Glad the videos help you. The lengths are different, background audio experiences. Some have longer intros for an extended countdown into sleep, some are more direct. Some have positive affirmations and messaging, some are simply relaxation and sleep intended. Some are designed to clear the mind and reduce anxiety...etc
