This deep sleep guided meditation and sleep hypnosis also contains visualisation techniques as well as a variety of positive suggestions and language patterns to send you off to sleep in a happier, more positive and productive frame of mind.
In addition to helping you fall asleep fast, over time and with repeated listening, this track will help you avoid ruminating on the past and negatively forecasting the future, and instead enable you to focus solely on the present. When your mind is clear of the burden of looking forwards or backwards, it can turn its attention inwards to your own personal benefit. Your subconscious control mind is far more amenable to positive and encouraging suggestions when you are in the trance state.

I LOVE these hypnosis videos for sleep!! They play a big part in my sleep hygiene, and it's all free! So much better than many of the sleep meds I've tried before, and without ANY side effects. I tell everyone I know who has trouble with sleep to come here to Nicholas Wright for a GREAT night's sleep!

I've had major decision fatigue today as well as yesterday's headache. Major stressful day. I didn't even try to find a file, I just clicked the "popular" button and checked if I commented on it yet. This was the perfect file that I needed, so thank you for that. Hopefully tomorrow will be better because I'm getting pretty tired of just hanging in there.

How wonderful to have a sleep companion like this - his youtube videos are the best because they go to black screen almost immediately - I've tried others but the screen stays bright with either video or photos of fields or flowers etc., and that makes my room way too bright - i don't want to have to put a sleep mask on in order to sleep, to me, that defeats the purpose - but with Nicholas Wright's guides - it's amazing - it's like he sees inside my head and knows why I'm troubled and can't sleep and what he says is so soothing.... I find I'm asleep VERY soon after he starts and with the dark screen, my room is dark with just his voice guiding me. I'm going to be traveling soon without access to youtube and he kindly emailed me audio versions so I can put on my phone - I don't think I can sleep without him... thank you Nicholas.... I don't think you have any idea how much help you give us all. Sleep is SO important, and prolonged fatigue can be disastrous - you're so soothing, know exactly what to say, give the right encouragement and well... zzzzzzzzzzzz

I too always listen to michael sealey...ive been giving nick a try...i like him. I like his voice. I love a deep trance and have many body and pain issues.i need to foollow nick for at least a week or two. It will be nice to see more pain and body hyps. From nick. Ty nick...nice job.

I have never gone past 10-15 minutes before I am asleep. I prefer not knowing about the entire narrative unless it would become necessary one night. My interest and curiosity for Nick's message shall remain in suspense for a long time.

Wow! I have not had a good night’s sleep in nearly 7 weeks. I’ve stayed awake through every med they’ve thrown at me. I having been getting more and more afraid. Last night I decided to just listen to random sleep hypnosis/meditations and try to relax. I found one of yours around 1 a.m. and continued listening. I always reached the end, relaxed for a while until worry got me again, then chose another one right away. I think I listened to this one twice this morning, and the last time I took my headphones off and rested - and woke two hours later from a vivid dream! I haven’t woke from a restful sleep in many weeks and I’m so grateful. I’m going to try again in a few hours. Thank you Nick!!!!

I'm glad I discovered you! Your videos are so helpful to me. I think this is the best sleep video online. I'm suffering through a very hard time of anxiety and insomnia and your well chosen hypnotic suggestions are perfect, they help calm my anxiety as soon as you start talking.The video is not too long it's just the right length for drifting off to sleep.

I've recently suffered a mental breakdown and I'm tryin hard to recover from this. It's been very difficult with very little support for ongoing help. I find getting and staying asleep extremely difficult 😢😢😢. My head seems to be working overtime especially when I try to sleep. I turned to your video and slept a little better last night, so am going to continue with it and pray things get easier. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ♥, any further suggestions for Deep sleep would be greatly appreciated ❤

Hi Paula, so sorry to hear of the challenges you have been facing and overcoming. If it’s any help, when I faced some life obstacles a few years ago, I found hypnotherapy to be very helpful. Just listening is a positive and productive step in the right direction. My advice would be to find a voice and a style you like listening to - then you’ll begin to trust it and your subconscious will allow you to sleep more easily. Try to keep yourself in the present. It’s difficult initially but if you keep directing your mind away from the past and from the future when you catch your thoughts wandering, you’ll begin to move away from those feelings of unease and anxiety. I hope that helps. Just my thoughts and my personal experience, though. Thanks Nick

I have 30 mins deep sleep every night going guided to see how this works I've always watched Jason Stephens and last time had sleep paralysis was so frightening let's see how this goes have psychosis

I want to start by saying I LOVE your videos and have one on repeat almost every night. However, this one was so strong! I’m not sure if you can explain it to me but I had really terrifying sleep paralysis last night and it was my first time listening to this specific video. I was having an emotional night before and dealing with some anxiety so I’m not sure if that’s correlated (I’m sure it is). I am so so appreciative of your videos and how they have helped me! I just can’t make sense of this one. I’m sure it was a combination of my emotional state right before bed. Anyway, love your videos! I’ve never made it through a full one because it works so well putting me to sleep. Thank you again! I hope leaving this comment doesn’t deter anyone from giving these videos a shot because it’s truly life changing stuff! ✨💗

Hi Derav, thanks for listening and taking the time to write. I also get sleep paralysis from time to time, and it can be quite worrisome in the moment. It sounds like it might be a reaction to a combination of your emotional night and the anxiety you said you were experiencing. There’s nothing really in the language of that particular video that is any different to my other sleep sessions so probably just coincidental. I had to keep catching myself from taking super short stressed breathing patterns as I drifted off. I understand now why hypnotists don't take clients who have had paranoid psychotic episodes. Thankfully I am doing really well so this didn't send me spiraling. I found my mind circling this thought: damn, this guy is good ...Too good. My lil kid was struggling too. Doesn't help that our neighbors kid is screaming into the night. I am very grateful to rest in the knowing that my struggles with stress are mostly in my head and I am my own worst enemy. I am very grateful for people who do this line of work. That said... remember to be careful what you recommend to who. One person's medicine is another's poison

This guided meditation is a very rare one. I’ve listened to it for a week and only barely made it to the end once. The background is fine but much better one that’s longer. The background sound was very agitating for me. I found out about you in comments under a well known creator. So happy. Hopefully I will have time soon to really look through all your sleep content. Me trying to decide if I should use headphones or not. I know they can help it to work better which would be great for me since I don’t fall under hypnosis effects easily but I’m also a very restless sleep and feel as though wear an item with a cord that could strangle me as soon as I start rolling around seems like a bad idea…
