I have listened to this almost every night for the past three years. And now my body is trained to where all that I have to hear is “hi I’m Michael Sealey” and I am asleep. Doesn’t matter how amped I am. I’ll never get to sleep. Nope I’m gone. And I have also beat my heroin addiction! Got a career job at a gold mine, have my own car, and my own apartment.

Holistic abundance is different from financial abundance. The message that Michael is trying to portray is that true prosperity is the total picture. It includes love, health, joy, service and material abundance. Holistic prosperity involves feeling fulfilled and living a life of meaning, not just having a certain dollar amount.

I have been listening to wealth hypnosis and frequencies for about 9 months now. This is one of the videos I have used. Thank you Michael. This track is not just another audio piece to me. It is obvious that Michael dedicated and committed his time and effort to make this track a masterpiece in my opinion. It feels as he was divinely inspired, hence its effectiveness. I started playing this track around mid Feb. 2024 at bedtime. On the first night of listening I went into a sweet deep sleep. The following morning I woke up with high energy and in a state joy. It was a very busy day at work and my energy level did not dip. At the end of the work day one co-worker said that it was a bad day. I said to the co-worker that I enjoyed the day although it was challenging. The co-worker’s dead silence echoed: “ What on earth is this person talking about.” I guess the co-worker probably thought I was weird or something. To those who are drawn to this particular track I would say stick to it for a while. Be patient. I believe it can help to shift the deep seated inner challenges based on my experience so far. I started using it at nights as stated before. Now it is being used for my morning meditation because I resonate with it better that way . Plus it just happened that way and I love the benefits received. For a good while I have been using affirmations but I had a challenge connecting with the statements although I liked them. Guided meditations were challenging too at times. For me, this Holistic Abundance track is getting to the root of the issue. I can feel my subconscious mind getting nudged to wake up. I can feel blockages, limitations and barriers lifted or removed. I can feel my nervous system getting soothed . I can now resonate with the affirmations statements that I like. Before I start the meditation I set an intention. Get into a comfortable position. I try to relax as deeply as I can although it takes a little while at times. This track now relaxes me easily. The next thing that I do is ‘let go” and “trust the process.” I know that this track is helping to make positive shifts within me. I am able to tell after each session. I also become mentally clear and physically energized after each meditation session. In addition to that I do work on myself otherwise so things are coming together well or unfolding wonderfully. Michael, I can't begin to express my gratitude for your presence and heartfelt desire to help others heal. I know that many many times in the past couple of years since I lost my son, I've only kept going because I've been grounded and strengthened here. This meditation is just what I needed as I begin to come back to myself from the depths of grief. Abundance and self acceptance and believing I'm worthy are what I look towards now. I’ve recently got the first time felt grief... and I have never ever felt anything like it before... and it just feels like it will go on and on.. wondering f this feeling will ever go away. Looking at law of attraction to change it... then thinking of this friends family and what they must be feeling because of how amazing they are... I guess it’s just overwhelm whilst life is happening... nixed feelings.. a lot of things about life and death... intrusive thoughts... just want to feel like life is completely colourful and exciting every single moment ...

I had the weirdest dream today after sleeping to this and writing this after waking up. I used to listen to Michael Sealeys deep sleep playlist and just click shuffle and close my eyes and I would help me with my insomnia so much more than melatonin ever has. I thought it cured my insomnia so I stopped listening to it and I was up until 6 three nights in a row. After that I knew it needed to go back. That day I had started getting into the concept of manifestation and so when I went to sleep that night I listened to this. I’ve been listening to this for the past week and the past 3 days I have been seeing the results of my manifesting attempts. Everything I’ve been wanting is coming to me. So much good has come into my life since I started doing sleep hypnosis meditations. And I've tried many. My go-to guy....right here. This meditation in particular, listening to it over and over and over again, let's just say it's opened many doors. This I am eternally thankful for. Dear Michael. I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for these free hypno sessions. I have been faced with a total collapse of my life. I have been using this hypno meditation as well as two others by you, and am having the most amazing experiences and very close contact with my Spirit Guides and Guardian Angels. I've been listening every night for the last 2 months. All of them are great, but holistic abundance has made me get into bed every night since a big life change. I cannot sleep without it, and it makes a huge difference in my waking life as well. Thank you for keeping me sane in hard times.

I had thought my life was a mess, i mean seriously. I have a home thats grand and extremely affordable, great schools for my kid, and work that i like alot. 2 straight years of crazy wealth. ( which was great). I haven't listened to this one in a while, but im back to it again. It also does help me get a good nights rest. And weird out of the blue ideas that bring in continuous money from multiple places.

Fell asleep listening to this last night; first time I’ve listened to this one. Woke in the middle of the night feeling all sort of “wrong”, and not sure why. Finally went back to sleep and dreamed a vivid dream about a current situation in my life (symbolically) in which things I value were being switched on me for things that had no meaning, and even potentially could harm me. It puzzled me, on waking, recording the dream in my journal, and making some intuitive connections. Michael’s recordings have been helping me find peace in my sleep (and just actually be able to sleep) for years, now. It’s strange to wake from one, to feel very much not at peace. But this recording is about holistic abundance, and what I dreamed about afterward was about a situation where someone in my life is probably directing hostile energy at me, specifically in the area of well-being and abundance, so it kinda checks out that way. It’s almost as if the recording enabled my intuition to clearly read the situation, whereas my mind has consistently wanted to give this person the benefit of a doubt.

Kathleen Mckay...this one is for your subconscious so you don't need to be conscious. It will still work. One reason why these are so amazing, you can sleep and still get the help you need. Your conscious mind doesn't need to pay attention! :) There are some shorter ones around 15 minutes that you do stay awake, but most of them your suppose to sleep.

Does anyone else have strange dreams after listening to his hypnosis? It doesn't happen to me all the time, but the ones I have are usually something dark trying to come to the light! They are highly symbolic and usually set me up for a change in my life, a good change. In the dream, I am usually somewhat paralyzed as an dark shadow man tries to oppress me. Last night I listened to this one and for the first time sincr overcoming the other dreams, it was a female enenergy that was trying to cage me. Anywho, I know what the dreams mean to me and my psyche, just curious if anyone else gets them with Michael's work, I'm a huge fan! Major breakthroughs every time ❤

I also had very profound, extremely uneasy dreams and felt paralyzed. In the dream my mom was trying to show me love and comfort but it was smothering me. Not physically just so uncomfortable that I couldn’t get away. I just wanted to run but couldn’t.

I'm generally a huge cynic about this kind of thing, and lots of voices just irk me beyond belief (having, I think a sensory sensitivity to sound), but I stumbled across Michael Sealey's videos and became addicted--quite the soothing tone--I haven't put too much intention into this...just letting it wash over me, but my brain generally feels 'cleaner' after a listen...and for this busy, busy, mind that it is quite a wonderful feeling.

When I listened to this I fell into a weird state of consciousness where I could hear everything Michael was saying and it ended up being one of the most refreshing sleeps I've had in a while. I also woke up 5 minutes earlier than my alarm which I've been struggling to wake up to. Thanks so much Michael!
