@Sophia Serpa I have adhd, and Asperger’s which is also under the autism umbrella, btw I take adhd meds like: mediknet 20mg plus Atomoxetine 80 mg in the morning, I suffer with ADHD but in the night I listen to this and I fall asleep almost instantly after he snaps his fingers but that’s about it really by the way it’s nice knowing someone else that has ADHD or seeing someone else in the comments cause I know I’m not alone :-)
This was very interesting 🙂 This one took me somewhere I have never been before...like there is a realm beyond "all the way down". Parts of my body started disappearing - completely about 2/3 of the way in. Mentally it was like pure awareness with absolutely nothing else. Very interesting.
I’ve used a type of soothing hypothesis before to try and fall asleep but never like this, this was a little scary, I was actively trying but at the same time not really believing it. 3 minutes in the first time you counted down my eyes closed, I felt weird tingles it was like I was sinking down, I just wanted a short nap. I had to force myself to get out of the trance at 14 minutes because I have things to do, all this in my loud ass living room with my parents talking and the tv on I’m definitely coming back at night time
Vincenzo Olmos well I’m not really good at inspirational speeches but just know through all the hard work you’ll come out a stronger person and you’ll be proud of yourself by finishing your goals even when sometimes you wanna give up. Just picture what you want your goal to be and don’t stop until you reach it I believe in you 🙏
The voices in my head keep on telling me to pray cuz I’m spinning like a caracul circling the train at the bottom of the bottle I don’t wanna feel the pain but that is all I got for now I don’t wanna talk about it.
It is, the multiple voices really worked for me, but if it doesn’t work for you, it’s okay you can find another sleep video, it’s not that easy though, this is my type of sleep video, there are lots of other of ultra hypnosis sleep content, I just went through all of them and found this one, I listened to all of them and this one works the best.
