This recording starts of with a bit of game for the listener, try to resist being hypnotized for as long as they can, because it will just feel so much better for you when you finally do drop deep into trance. Once the listener is deeply hypnotized they are made to forget how to resist hypnosis making all future trances much deeper and more enjoyable. There are suggestions given that the listener will only forget how to resist being hypnotized around people they trust and they will not act out on unsafe hypnotic suggestions. Hey Ultra, lately I’ve been listening to your videos as well as some other hypnotists and for some reason even if I’m in a dark room with no distractions I can’t seem to be hypnotized. I have fallen into a light trance here and there but nothing deep. Do you have a suggestion?

Practice practice practice! That's the best advice anyone could give for going into trance. I didn't want to hear it at first cause I was impatient but over time I've become way more susceptible to going deep into trance real fast. I think it also helps choosing one or maybe two tists that u like and sticking with them as you associate their voice with trance and voila.

@@Prangle I’m able to relax more easily while listening to these files, however, I still doubt here and there that I am really falling into a trance of sorts. As someone who slips into trance very easily on a regular basis, It’s odd to feel hardly anything while listening to hypnosis files… Still trying, though!

Managed to achieve light hypnosis the second but I didn’t even bother trying to resist I’m the slightest the second time. At least I won’t get hypnotized against my will? Tho I’d really like to be able to be deeply hypnotized with my free will…

You have to resist watching this video, and make sure to make it expensive for them! If they say this moment is "priceless" try to ki a moment like a Jewlery store commercial that says "this is priceless" or a canon photo that says "priceless moment".

Easiest game to win in my life lol, don't pay attention to his voice. Or, don't care about what he says. For example, in that one part where he says something along the lines of "maybe try doing the opposite of what I say, like when I say to breathe slowly and deeply, you don't." If you happen to be doing that, don't change anything. Basically, don't react to anything he says lol.
