For as interesting as this idea may be, if stage 3 Slothsom actually healed itself I could see this move being heavily abused to create an incredibly powerful wall that stops anything that doesn't directly counter it.

@@NagKai_Gnot if the move to repeat it lowered it stats or some equalizing debuff. Gotta explore more possibilities.

@@mezzovii It will probably count it up until the phone had fallen. The way I put my phone is I put the charger in between the side of my bed and the mattress to anchor it into place so it doesn’t move. About you falling out of the bed, maybe put a pillow in between you and the edge of the bed so at least you land safely.

I don't think making it a 2 turn guaranteed sleep is the way to go, so that one definitely has to go back to 1-3. However, I like the little side effects you gave to the sleep turns, so how about middle point? On turn 1 and 2, you have a 50% chance to wake up at the end of the turn (guaranteed wake up if it receives any kind of damage on the first turn, including hazards). If it's still asleep by turn 3, the wake up chance is reduced to 25% and if it doesn't wake up by the end of the turn, it recovers 50% of its HP and receives an omniboost for its trouble. Pokemon with the ability Comatose recover 10% HP at the end of every turn, as they don't really go through sleep cycles. Rest could have a similar effect, but less powerful because you control it rather than the game: If Rest is used, its defenses are raised by one stage, recovers all of its HP and it goes to sleep. This sleep always lasts for 2 turns, but it can be reset by using Rest again, which works even if the Pokemon is asleep but they only gain 50% HP if you do. A Pokemon with the Comatose ability can use Rest like a healing move to recover 50% HP.

that doesn't make sense to keep sleeping after the turn that represents REM. the idea is to transliterate the stages into turns and move the healing to a turn that would make more sense. teh defense buff idea is just so that you don't get KO'd waiting for the delayed heal as much@@TWLSpark

before it i basically slept a max of 3 hours everyday and ran exclusively on coffee
