Dear Lady Widow, I know that lost feeling very well, having lost my 2 brothers in two different WARS! God always has a special plan for all of us! Starting to Give is a place I started. I longed too help the people in need. I served at soup kitchens and worked free at hospitals. This was mainly on weekends for awhile until I met a beautiful nurse who became my wife a year later. I always tell her how movie star gorgeous she is and how lucky I am and she responds that she didn’t Mary a doctor because of how real and honest I am. So hang in there and ask God about his plan which he will reveal too you!❤

Deepak, Thank you. I bumped into this video this morning, woke up as usual at 5 am and mind started racing with slight tension from thoughts of presentation I have to make to a client....after trying to relax I decided to take my blood pressure...which was 136/86. I decided to lie down with my iPad and bumped into this video. I followed along mostly with a few forwarding the video. I followed last few breathing exercises thoroughly. I took my blood pressure again and now it is 109/80. I had nothing to eat but drank only three cups of water. Power of breath experienced first hand. I had learned this from my younger brother who is a yoga and meditation teacher, but never really practiced it. Today was an eye opener for me. Thank you again.
When I was younger growing up as young teen. We all slept till noon! No problem! But in todays Fucked up world with all their problems, no one can sleep!

I listened to your soft voice and fell asleep immediately. I met you in my dream while listening. We were sitting at a table in a restaurant. We shared our food on one plate and while people passed by with their hands they reached out and grabbed some food from the plate. In the end there was no more food. I told you that in younger years I had read your books. Thank you Deepak Chopra for being in this world and helping me to fall asleep.
I have begun to relax due to fear of being alone which has caused me to be terribly anxious and depressed. I am not very versed on doing the exercises but I am trying very hard to work with the programme.I hardly sleep,my muscles are tense and my breathing pattern is out of the normal. Thanks for your exercises and may the good Lord bless you generously.
Note to people who are actually trying to fall asleep. This has a lot of breathing practices to do while sitting, finding your pulse, etc. If it’s 3 am, and you’re in bed, trying to sleep, there’s a lot of instructions, and this probably won’t help

I love the voice, the accent, the message. Very relaxing, but I wish I could hear it set to music that sounds relaxing and less like a creepy sci-fi soundtrack, especially the portion with the beach visualization.
