I have always suffered with insomnia. I decided to try this and it's incredible. I actually put it on my TV at 11pm. & actually slept for 9hrs. straight. I woke up feeling so rested.
Every single day I pray to god and tell him to rest and he always sends me back love by getting rid of my stress so that I could rest. Thank you Lord 🙏💓❤

Ive put this on everynight while journaling and meditating, then to fall asleep to. If you have a thin pillow and put your phone under it, you can feel yhe vibrations from the music. It really helps me meditate. I go through cycles of listening to different "sleepy time" music, so ill have to check out other soundtracks from this channel when i need a switch-up!

When i was younger id help my grandparents in their daycare, by being the daycare assistant. Id watch and make sure everyone was asleep during nap time, and the music that played to help everyone sleep was very similar to this. It brings back good memories.
As a Autistic and Schizophrenic person, I use to have some trouble to sleep and I normally have a lot of nightmares, night terrors and sleep paralysis, but this music help me to stabilize my mind, anxiety and insomnia soo thank you gracefully a lot for lending your hand to help me, that is really appreciated, thank you 😪😴❤️
This was the one that helped with my insomnia i tried the others but that dam light kept me awake since its a black screen my sleeping has improved i went from 2 hours of sleep to at least 6

This really works it put me to sleep when I woke up the cat was asleep on my chest … The thing is I don’t even own a cat and now I can’t get rid of the thing!!!!

Every sleep music I listen to has a picture of something on and it keep me distracted while I look at it but while I look at this one I feel calm and all my angers have gone away flew away into thin air and u can't get distracted while u try to get to sleep at like 10 o clock at night or whatever time ur watching this at but if u are reading this u should have a kind heat ❤and when u die u should end up in heaven (I am a kind hearted person but my lil sister anoits me and I get angry for the rest of the day but this music made that all go away)person reading this u should end up in heaven and have a great life
