I found this calming music after bringing my baby home from the NICU i played it for him every night for the first couple of weeks of him being home. It really helped us all calm down, now every time I get stressed and I can't sleep I play this. And it's connected to a beautiful core memory of my son coming home. It still calms him down to this day ❤️😌

I am unsure of what you mean by weak. If you are referring to depression, I can relate to that. I am blessed with a good support system. Fleshly and spiritual family members come to my rescue. It takes humility on my part as I, stubbornly, do not want help, but I let them know how I feel. Not last or least, in any way, Jehovah is close by; He is there to help us. So pray often.
