1)Know the value: Sleep will improve all of the following: Looks, mood, focus, muscle building, burning fat, immune system hormones, energy, metabolism, brain function. 2)More sunlight: 20 min between 6:00-8:30am 3)Avoid blue lights 90 min before bed 4)Have a caffeine curfew 5)Lower temperature: 65-68 degree F 6)Right time: 10PM 7)Magnesium 8)Sleep sanctuary 9)Orgasm 10)Blackout your room 11)Exercise in A.M. 12)Keep electronics out of bedroom 13)Lower your body fat 14)Less alcohol 15)Sleep in comfy position 16)Meditate in the morning 17)Supplements and vitamins 18)Be early to rise 19)Wear light clothes 20)Get grounded 21)Keep a routine My own: 22) Reading (This has been very helpful to help relax my mind at night)

I'd say sleep is mainly so important because too little causes a lot of stress, and that really wrecks havoc on everything. No matter where it comes from! Apart from that, too little movement or nutrients can cause just as much harm as too little sleep!

Yep. What a disgusting video. Some of the tips are good, but others are misinformation with no scientific backing at all (like the cell phone cancer one), and the video is full of subliminal audio messaging that names products from his online store and suggests that you buy them. Subliminal messaging is illegal in many countries and should not be permitted on RU-vid. This guy deserves to lose his channel.

@@OnePercentBetter Maybe you're using a free trial of software? I totally hear the whispering too. They sound like sketchy subliminal messages. It sounds like he's saying Premium [something] dot com or bnb.com every minute or so. It's barely audible if the volume is quiet, making it totally sound like a subliminal message. But I haven't noticed the same whispering in other videos on this channel... But I'm new to this channel (thanks to After Skool)

The subtle whispering in the background throughout your video is concerning, what is it saying? Are you trying to influence people to buy something? Or is it some sleep hypnotism attempt (example 4:10 & 6:35.). Either way you should clearly disclose this in the info I feel!
