This is a calming sound that will help you fall asleep quickly. Green noise, which sounds like a fan, is a variation of white noise. It features many of the same sound frequencies that occur in the natural world, such as from a river, waterfall or wind. For that reason, this white noise variation is a very relaxing sound to help you sleep all night long.
