Hans Christian Andersen's "The Little Mermaid" is the story of a beautiful mermaid princess who dreams of the human world and falls in love with a human prince. She sacrifices her voice to gain human legs through magic to save the prince's life. However, the prince marries another woman, leaving the mermaid heartbroken. She has a choice: kill the prince and save herself or become sea foam. What will she choose?
The sound of gentle waves and Yumi's soft voice will help you sleep while enjoying this famous story.
This isn't the Mouse's Little Mermaid. Andersen's tale is ... very different.

While the story is intermediate level, even beginners can listen to begin training their ears to hear the sounds of Japanese.
Tips: Relax in a comfortable position in your bed. Turn the volume down until you hear her voice and a hint of the rain. Slip into a restful sleep and wake up wondering what happened in the rest of the story!
