I know everyone's talking about Vessel and how talented he is, and my god they are all right. He is a wonderful singer and his voice tugs at my heartstrings which is very rare for me, and he deserves all of the praise. But man, lets give some credit to that drummer. Holy smokes dudes playing is so groovy it gives me chills.
1000% that! and i love the whole band as a complete unit for sure but dam the drummer is fucking next level! he reminds me of Abe Cunningham from Deftones! so many ghost chops on that kit that is extremely hard to do! I'd say he is up there with some of the best drummers in the world guaranteed!!
@@liam6653 Drummer definitely has some mean chops for a band that isn’t recognized on a major scale! Like ridiculous timing signatures being hit in a lot of their songs, and doesn’t miss a beat timing wise..the guy is complex for sure! 🤘🏻
He has all of the styles of singing at his disposal it seems. And not broken up in individual songs but each individual word in every song could be different. One moment deeper then the higher tones. Crazyness.
I feel sorry for In this Moment and nothing more… bringing Sleep Token on tour as their opener is gonna lead to the whole ‘99 Slipknot scenario all over again. Where they CRUSH it so goddamn hard that people are gone be asking why they weren’t headlining. Soon.. the world will WORSHIP
The first song I heard was alkaline. After dodging it on suggested list on RU-vid for a couple days I gave in. In glad I did. There was never any such thing as a singer or a song till Sleep Token. Ive seen some negative comments about the "gimmick" of the masks. Naw. ....they would have been what they are even if it was not for prior masked bands. And Vessels reason is mode genuine than any masked face yet.
I'm rewatching footage of the tour to hype up for 2 weeks again I've just seen this comment. If you're referring to the clawed hands then it's me haha. This is by far the best complement I've received haha 😂
Best fucking band I've heard in a decade-musically and emotionally...they're perfect. I can't listen to Atantic to this day, without bawling like an infant torn from the teat.
