Sleeper just dripped Britpop.I remember at 24 years old waking up after nightshift blasting these tunes out getting ready to hit the clubs .Louise was probably the sexiest woman of the era and hugely a talented song writer.They look like they are still loving it.
The band was diligently managed by Louise's Brother, Geoff, my best mate for almost 40 years. I hope he is still involved with Sleeper. He is a genius. He adores Louise, and her writing genius. I saw Sleeper at St Albans in November 1996, after cycling for 18 months from NZ to UK. They were terrific. Go well Guys/Geoff. Love from Glen in New Zealand.
