Is it just me or is this fucking realistic, wow, the reflections are spot on. definitive edition seems nicer than even watch dogs compared, in my own opinion of course. And i streamed it on 1080p to see how realistic it is. I wish there are mods developed for it, it would be more awesome.
To be fair, this game does look a good amount better than the pc version on highest settings, but I'm not sure it's worth paying $15 for somebody who owns SD collection
it does not look better than the PC version on ultra. It looks the same while running in 30 fps and has major pop in issues. (probably due to the abysmal CPU, it hinders draw distance)
Heather McCartney It looks different. Get your eyes checked. I'm a PC gamer, and I can tell the difference between highest settings and the definitive.
This game is 10 times better than Watch shit. The city in Watch Dogs was so boring, so was the story and the characters. The hacking sucked ass, and the side stuff was pathetic (aside from the outposts).
i had more fun playing sleeping dogs than watch dogs, but i don't think either of them is anywhere near as good as GTA IV and V. but of course it's just my opinion.
some of the ambient effects such as the fog seems absent from the previous version. The particle effects too has been reworked.. I say the Definitive Edition looks better and atmospheric than the original
What part of this is remastered? It looks a very minor step up from the PS3 and 360 versions at best! There is still a ton of pop in. Its still only 30fps. No wonder nothing has been released preview wise right up until the game is due to go on sale. This screams cash in and no mistake. You should of had a look at Tomb Raider, Last Of Us, Black Flag (Ps4 anyway) and GTAV to realise what a new gen port should look like.
Pc gamers are so pompous towards any other format/player. Just because pc may be a bit smoother don't have a bitch fit about it. Don't be so arrogant and converse normally about how good multi format games look just in general
There are morons on every systems. Pc gamers have nice intelligent people just like on every other system. But sadly there are morons on each system. And they make way more noise then intelligent people. (that's what cave men do..they make noise to scare their prey)
TheMeow7410 The thing is that console gamers don't care about all that. If they did they would be playing on a PC. So when some ducbag comes to articles about console games talking about how better they can run the game and bla bla bla. People get fed up... I'm a PC gamer. And even I get feed up with these elitist pricks that have a need to take out their digital di*k and show it to everyone. Problem is no one cares...
Only a bit smoother? I play this game at 1080p 60fps vs the 1080p 30fps on ps4. It is like 30fps of difference! Not just 3fps or 4fps more, that's just a bit. And my pc is mid range (under 500$)
the difference is huge and pc gaming is cheaper in the long run. some people are just so elitist about explaining the differences. in reality they just want more people to enjoy the glory that is pc gaming
PS4 is more in the lines of medium to low end at this point. $110 GPU matches PS4s GPU and you'd have to look hard to find a CPU as crappy as the PS4s tablet CPU for a desktop PC these days
I dont know but it seems to me on alot of ps4 games u can still see pop up graphics if ya look closely that is. The ps4 does not seem to hav good draw distance shitt still pops up its suppose to be next gen man sort it out developers
***** Yes I played it and I missed the sharp corners drifts from Sleeping dogs, when you are driving at real speed. Fuck real driving. Also, the missions were so boring and off topic in GTAV. Every mission in SD was linked to the main story in some way. While in GTA 5. you waste your time doing random shit. Returned the game after 25 missions. Boring.
Come off your high horse mate. The "piece of shite" you're talking about will literally shit all over PC exclusives with games like Bloodborne, Order 1886, Until Dawn, Rime, Wild, Uncharted 4 and many more next year.
