Hi Susana, this video was so thorough and I really look forward to trying it out tonight. I have always been someone who uses one of my hands as a pillow (as you show around the 6:00 mark of the video) but recently, my hand has started to hurt. Conversely, I feel I don’t have enough support when I don’t use my hand. Is there anything you could recommend please? I haven’t slept properly for days…
