Absolutely! For some folks, it may take a little time to adjust to the device, but the custom fit and the large opening for optimal breathing help provide a personalized fit for maximum comfort and effectiveness.
During the fitting process, the material will be soft for both the top and bottom portion of the SleepTight Mouthpiece. The only reason there's a mention of the top teeth in the video is to draw attention to the V-notch on the top portion of the mouthpiece that helps ensure that it's lined up properly. When you bite down to mold the material, it will create impressions on both the top and bottom sections.
