Good ribs: break the rack up then put the rack in a crockpot. Then put a tbsp of butter and 1/4 cup of water in with the ribs. Cook on high for like 3 hours then on low for another hour or so. Then add some bbq sauce and let it cook on low for another hour. Finally let them rest on warm in the crockpot for 20 minutes and enjoy. I will never make ribs another way because this is better than any smoker, grill, or whatever ive used.
