Its hard to tell but did you tack the sheet metal (non-beadrolled part) to the top or bottom edge of the DSE plate?

I centered the high and low extent of the bead against the thickness of the weld plate and the kept the floor level which kept it in the middle of the plate. That way I had room for welds top and bottom without being proud of the plate. Thanks for watching! Appreciate the support. 🍻
