the mental aspect of the podcast was the best . being able to know peoples stories outside of sports lets u know your not alone and we all have a lot of the same experiences

Slim....I'm an old dude...58 this June. I have suffered from anxiety for the last 25 yrs. Sometimes not badly and sometimes crippling. I would suggest breathing exercises. Breath in deep through your nose....hold for four seconds then breath out for seven seconds through your mouth. This really does help. Also yoga has helped me too. I was an athlete most of my life and the yoga will help with flexibility also. Good luck buddy. There is no shame.

Slim man Ima Clinical Exercise Physiologist who's been working in Cardiac Rehab/Cardiac Stress Testing for about 4 years now, glad you got checked out for sure, but like Milly said control what you can control in regards to the anxiety stuff - eating right, working out regularly, getting proper sleep, drinking enough water for how active you are...endless ways to stay healthy physically and mentally. I honestly loved to hear Slims point of view on everything that has happened over the last little while, he is so humble and caring, he is such a great guy! Only being 22 yrs old and seeing what he’s accomplished for himself as well as brought shine to people like Moon and Nas really shows his character! I could have listened to this for hours….. great Episode 1, it got me in the feels when he opened up about his anxiety and his relationships with Scotty and y’all boys! gallon of water a day. 30 minute walks. daily hygiene maintence. and the gym all have helped me @ Slim if youre at a rare occasion reading comments this itme around. Had a panic attack a in march and i know its not fun.

It’s anxiety slim I got it too. Get on Paxil shit works an u don’t feel it or nuthin it jus makes anxiety go away foreal. I done drugs my whole life an I always thought my heart was guna explode or heart attack but it’s anxiety foreal. Can’t breath jus think you’re guna die an shit it won’t go away. That shit I take now took it away. I only take 10mg a day too.
Hope one of y’all see this but slim same thing happened to me w shamen back in the day my heart did the same shit still to this day if I smoke cigarettes drink anything w caffeine coffee any of that makes my heart skip beats hard to breath all that especially when I’m about to go to sleep . For me stopping caffeine cigs an coffee stops my heart from doin weird shit
Japan is nice actually. It's not that expensive, definitely cheaper than NYC or any of the other major U.S. cities. Tokyo isn't cheap, but Osaka and Kyoto aren't too pricey.
