I think my jaw dropped when you said your age. You look mid 20s! Thanks for the review, I started on the shakes and I'd love to order the noodles sometime. The chocolate bars too... I'm a fellow chocoholic. Slimfast tastes so good I'm excited, it seems like it'll be easy to stick to.

I have been on slim fast for 1 week now and ive lost 5 pounds i really love slim fast. My plan is i have 1 shake when im around town and when im at home and its dinner i have the pasta pots and a chocolate bar is the evening. It really does work!
For the powder you could use almond milk if you want, you could add fruit as well.. it does not really have to be skim milk if it's not the milk you want.... it actually depends on what you want, what you prefer to have

Are the noodles good??? Would you have them for lunch? Can you tell me the average weight loss in a week on this plan?? Can you use almond milk to mix shakes? Where’s best place to buy it all? Sorry for all questions but you seem very informed Hee hee thanks!!! Ps you don’t look your age!!! X
Personally I wouldn't have the noodles again, I prefer the shakes. But yes you would have them for lunch. Weight loss would depend what you start out at, but after a bigger loss in the first couple of weeks, it settles at around 2lbs a week. You should use skimmed milk so not sure about almond milk - may be too many calories. And thank you for you comment about my age - very kind! x

do you think slimfast works in the long term though? for a short term weight loss, it's quite good, but what happens when you plateu and you need to do more, or eat less to sustain the weight loss? on slimfast at the moment and finding it easier than expected, bestwishes, khryssy x

Bored of the same flavour? Well mix them up 1chocolate 1 cafe latte.tastes like mocha .1banana 1 caramel really nice. They need some new flavours for the one's you mix yourself.
Nothing to do with trying them for the video. I dislike strawberry and have never bought it since trying it. I buy a tub of chocolate in my weekly shopping every week with my own money, nothing about it being free!! Just sharing my preference in flavour!
