Excellent tutorial, I'm a bit intrigued to give this a try... you broke down each step in such a way that it felt foolish not to give it go. I must say, I'm liking the esthetic of your tailoring studio. You have each of the markings of a fine tailoring venue.

Very nice video! Question: If the sleeve didn’t need to be narrowed would it have sufficed to pleat the short end into the cuff or would that have looked off?

Can you adjust the length of the cuff that goes from the wrist to the forearm? Or is there a ratio between how long the forearm is to how far up the cuff goes? I have some shirts and the cuff goes from the base of my wrist to halfway up my forearm which I think looks silly

Great video, gonna have to give it a try myself. What thread do manufacturers use? I find that typical polyester sew-all thread is too thick compared to the thread on the garment which I find blending in a new stitch line into an existing one makes it obvious altered.

I use the all thread and just adjust my switch length to match.
